Database Version Management for Application Development in Eclipse

This thesis deals with database version control for application development in Eclipse. In the theoretical part, it provides information about the Eclipse environment and its extension modules (plugins) that are an inseparable part of Eclipse. There is also a description of version control systems with a detailed focus on the Subversion system and a description of the JDBC application interface that is used for connecting the database in Java applications. The next part deals with the design of a tool for database version control, which is implemented as a plugin for Eclipse. In this section, there is a description of the implementation and a description of the installation and use of this tool. In the final part, there is a description of the performed tests and their results.
Simple Installation and Configuration of Information System for Project Management

This master's thesis is focused on a development of tool for simple installation and configuration of information system for project management. This piece of work consists of four chapters. First part implies a technology study, used for making project home websites. The second chapter gives an analysis of requirements for an information system. There is a suggestion of implementation of analyzed system in the third chapter. The fourth chapter deals with implementation details of developed system.

Thesis "OLYMPUS E510 Digital Cameras Simulator and Trainer" is possible to divide into 3 parts - general, specific and conclusion. Introductory general part aims to describe Olympus E510 camera - all it's modes' operation is described in a form of a brief manual. Next segment of the general part deals with the technologies used for the implementation, mainly from Adobe. The second, specific part deals with the specifics of the implementation of the Olympus E510 camera simulator, based on the knowledge contained in the first part of the work. The paper is concluded by the evaluation of the implementation from the viewpoint of usage of the specific technology, and compared with possible alternatives, with advantages/disadvantages being highlihted.
SQL Backend for Subversion

The thesis analyzes version control system Subversion and its available backends for storing data in a repository. It compares these backends and describes basic features of a new SQL database backend. Design and implementation of the new backend, based on MySQL database, is described and the new backend is then compared with existing backends BDB and FSFS.
DIY technologies in digital sculpture

This dissertation thesis is focused on the search for the presence of DIY (Do It Yourself) technologies in the practice of digital sculpting, from the beginnings of this progressive way of creation to the present. The work, through three thematic areas, answers the main research questions: What kind of technology is or has the DIY phenomenon been represented in digital sculpture? How have these technologies influenced and are influencing the development and direction of digital sculpture? Within the first thematic area, the presence of the DIY phenomenon in the beginnings of digital creation of a spatial work of art is mapped until the moment of constituting the concept of Digital Sculpture, as a designation of this new way of creation. The second area deals with specific technologies of digital sculpture, in terms of technical tools and their DIY alternatives. The development of these alternative technologies and their influence on the gradual democratization of digital sculpture tools is investigated. The third area examines the creative methods of DIY, which have been integrated into the practice of digital sculpture.

This work deals with the issue of addition of extension module to the text processor MS Word, table calculator MS Excel and tool for presentation creation MS PowerPoint from office set of programs MS Office. Module will support communication, synchronization and management of documents in remote and private storage, with support for version management. This all should work across different versions of MS Office application set. These are MS Office 2003 (11), 2007 (12) a 2010 (14),  possibly even 2013 (15). Implementation is realized using programming language C# from .NET platform and PIA (Primary Interop Assemblies), which adds support for manipulation with applications and objects from MS Office application set.
Gender analysis of the publication of the author Jana Juráňová - Orodovnice

The aim of my work is at first characterized show female and male characters in the work named Orodovnice of feminist writer Jana Juranova and at second means of characterizing interpret and analyze what can be images of femininity and masculinity, this work offers to us through archetypal analysis and analysis of the relational nature of each character. Bacis hypothesis of this work is, that to us work offers a subversive potential in the context of contemporary social and cultural discursive practises and values. Task of this thesis is using gender analysis of the subversive potential to detect, interpret and explain in what are the possible subversive effects on the minds of people not only in literature and what possible new ways of perceiving and imaging may entail. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept and presentation of concepts in the context of feminism and literature, which considers relevant due to the focus and objective of this thesis. A separate chapter is devoted to a critical analysis of the archetype and archetypal imagery and their possible applications in the context of contemporary feminist literature.
