The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the issue of employee care. The main object is to analyse the legal institution of employee care, assessment of legal regulations and assessment of degree of employee care in particular institution. The thesis is divided into four parts, the first part deals with definition of employee care and its legal regulations. Furthermore, the work analyse the working conditions, professional growth of employees, catering of empolyees and special working conditions for some employees. The second part of thesis describe the professional growth of employees in detail. The third part is devoted to employee benefits, its meaning and types. The last part analyse the employee care and employee benefits in particular institution. This part includes a questionnaire whose task is to determine the employee´s satisfaction with the care of employer.

The theme of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of employee care and related provision of employee benefits. The main objective is to analyze the effective legislation and characterize the basic areas of employee care. First of all, the thesis focuses on the matter of employee care and related legislation analyzing the working conditions, professional growth of the employees, catering of employees and special conditions for some employees. Furthermore, the special attention is paid to the voluntary employee care in the form of providing employee benefits and their importance in relation to the employee care. The second part of thesis describes the employee care and employee benefits in a particular company. This thesis also includes a questionnaire in order to establish the degree of employee's satisfaction in the company and on the basis of the gained results suggest possible improvements and recommendations.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of employee care in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic with a focus on employee benefits. The main objective is to analyze and compare the effective legislations and characterize the basic areas of employee care. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is an introduction to the topic, followed by characterization and comparison of related legislations in both countries. Furthermore, the special attention is paid to the employee benefits. The second part of the thesis describes the employee care and employee benefits in a particular company, which has subsidiaries in both countries. This part is supported by a questionnaire of employee's satisfaction with employee benefits. On the basis of the gained results are suggested improvements and recommendations for the company.
Analysis of economic impacts of the use of vouchers in the employee catering

This thesis deals with a employee catering system in the Czech Republic. The first part provides a brief history of catering and identify ways to ensure catering for employees in the Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on the use of vouchers. It analyzes the attitude of employees, employers and owners of restaurants on the vouchers. At the end are defined effects on employees, employers and restaurant, in case the tax advantage of meal voucher was cancelled. The thesis includes an illustrative example of the impact of a particular restaurant.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to work out the operational study of the catering establishment Gurmán s.r.o. which provides an industrial catering. Based on results of the study of particular aspects of operation, the work describes and evaluates the current situation and tries to give the proposals for improvement of weaknesses.
