Diploma thesis „Mixes for home bakeries“ is focused on baking bread in home bakery. The first part describes the raw materials, basic procedures in the production of bread and defined bread according to the Food Act. There are ten samples of mixtures. A total of ten breads were baked in the home bakery. The compositions differed in composition. Six of the blends were purchased from a commercial network and four were made according to their own recipe (one with the addition of barley flour (blend 10) and gooseberry flour (blend 9)). The determination of volume, baking loss, and sensory evaluation according to the questionnaire shape, smell, taste and overall impression. The largest volume had its own mixture with the addition of gooseberry. The best taste was balanced, according to the evaluators, the bread was baked from its own recipe and it was wheat-rye bread.

The diploma thesis on the topic "The influence of different methods of soil treatment in the vineyard on the nutrition of the vine, yield and quality of grapes" is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoretical part paid attention to the morphology and physiology of the vine and the biochemistry of grapes. The diploma thesis also dealt with the habitat of vineyards, types of cover crops, plants used for cover crops vineyards and treatment of cover crops in vineyards. Last but not least, it dealt with the use of precision agriculture. The experimental or practical part dealt with the actual execution of the experiment. The greening mixtures used and the overall performance of the experiment are listed here. The analytical parameters of the must in the Riesling variety, such as sugar content, pH value, content of titratable acids and assimilable nitrogen, were monitored and evaluated. Then tartaric acid, malic acid, glucose and fructose were also determined. The weight of the grapes was also observed, and analyzes of the petioles of the vine leaves and an evaluation of the remote drone imaging of the vineyard took place in the end. The final results of the experiment were statistically evaluated and processed. Then a suitable soil treatment system in the vineyard was recommended and further research on the topic was suggested.

Analýza výstupních parametrů motoru při provozu na naftu a biopaliva

Diploma thesis: Analysis of the output parameters of the engine when running on biofu-el and diesel is based on the thesis: The issue of the use of biofuels in internal combus-tion engines. Alternative fuels are still in development and maintain about them much discussion, depending on the output parameters of the engine in terms of performance parameters and the effects of emission components of the exhaust gas for environmental protection. The content of the thesis is to develop research on the current state of the use of liquid biofuels. In the experimental part were analyzed variations in the measured parameters of a diesel engine at rated speed- characteristic in its entirety, emission char-acteristics and maximum measured motor parameters when running on fossil fuels and biofuels. Monitoring output parameters are power (Pe), torque (Mt) and specific fuel consumption (mp,e). Other monitored parameters emission components: hydrocarbons (HC), carbon dioxide (CO) and carbon monoxide (CO2).

Czech SMEs'perception of voluntary ESG reporting

The aim of this thesis is to find out how Czech SMEs approach voluntary ESG reporting. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of ESG, the significance of its individual factors and its legislative grasp at the European level. In this part of the thesis the connection between ESG and circular economy, CSR and the concept of DEI is also explained. In addition, the pitfalls of ESG, greenwashing and the role of communication in ESG are discussed. In the research part of the thesis, two research questions are first formulated and predictions of the answers to these questions are made based on previous research. Then the data collection method, the data processing method and the actual evaluation of the research are described. The research in this thesis was conducted using the qualitative method of semi-structured in-depth interviews with a total of 6 respondents. The data collected from these interviews is analyzed in the practical part using thematic analysis, open and axial coding. The research results reveal a high level of skepticism among SMEs about ESG reporting and its legitimacy. Posouzení subchronické toxicity směsí pesticidů na raky

Prometryn, belonging to the group of s-triazines, has been extensively used in the case of protection of maize production against broadleaf weeds and grasses. Its use was banned by the EU in 2004. Chloridazone is a pyridazone herbicide used to protect beet production and to control broadleaf weeds. Its properties increase the potential for the transfer of this pesticide to the aquatic environment. Together with its metabolites, it has been detected in groundwater in the Czech Republic. Its use in the Czech Republic has been banned since 2020. The adventitious properties and long-term use of these substances may increase the risk of contamination of non-target ecosystems by the pesticides used and their metabolites, which may form mixtures in this environment and thus have an even riskier impact on the environment. The aim of this work was to assess the subchronic toxicity of the pesticide mixture formed of the concentrations of these pesticides on the signal crayfish (Pacifastacus leniusculus) in comparison with the control and pesticides tested alone. A subchronic toxicity test of 20 days duration followed by 10 days depuration was used to obtain the results. The criteria evaluating the toxicity of the mixture were the biochemical profile of haemolymph, oxidative stress level and antioxidant enzyme activity from hepatopancreas, muscle and gill samples. The biochemical profile of haemolymph was significantly affected in individuals tested in the pesticide mixture. For biomarkers altered due to the mixture, suppression of the effect of prometryn in the mixture was observed in some cases. The analysis of antioxidant biomarkers did not show a higher toxicity of the mixture over the pesticides tested alone. In the case of antioxidants, a greater effect was observed for prometryn tested alone, where in some cases its presence in the mixture suppressed the effects of chloridazon in the mixture.

Evaluation of ecotoxicity of selected chemicals with using algal test.

This bachelor thesis deals with the ecotoxicity of 2 - [(2,6-dichlorophenyl)aniline] benzene acetic acid (diclofenac), ?-methyl-4-(2-methylpropyl) benzene acetic acid (ibuprofen) and mixture of cadmium and diclofenac and studies the above using algal toxicity test in accordance with ISO 8692. The theoretical part describes the issue of pharmaceuticals in the environment, and characteristics of standards algae tests and alternative tests. Freshwater green algae Desmodesmus subspicatus were used as testing organisms in all the implemented algal toxicity tests. By the means of these tests, the IrC50 values for the standard substance potassium dichromate, the drugs diclofenac and ibuprofen and cadmium were determined. The toxicity of cadmium in mixture with diclofenac was also evaluated.

Nonconventional Utilisation of Wind Energy

The thesis considers utilization of the wind energy as source of energy for the production of hydrogen. In the first part, there is described the types of wind engine specialized especially on screw wind engines and their construction. After that follows the description of dilemmas usage of electric energy addicted in time and with it connected problems with accumulation elektricity by the help of various methods. The final part of the thesis is than addicted to statistic evaluation of wind conditions, description and suggestion of the equipment hydrogen management.

Continual double-helicoidal mixer

This work focuses on the process of mixing particulate materials and the design of the screw mixer for this activity. The theoretical part describes the mixing and properties of particulate matter. Subsequently, individual devices serving for different types of mixing are analyzed. The practical part contains calculations of the main dimensions and the required power consumption. The choice of suitable drive, bearings and gear is followed. Finally, the analysis of the blade shaft load and the strength analysis of the mixer blade using Autodesk Inventor are performed. Part of this work is enclosed drawing documentation of equipment assembly and selected partial components.
