This bachelor thesis deals with the study of order processing in the company OK Trust s.r.o., which focuses on financial counselling for both natural and legal persons. Considering my long-term practice in this company I have gained a sufficient amount of information about its activities and methods of overall order processing, which means I can analyse the current state of a particular order for a client. On the ground of results from such an analysis I will be able to evaluate as well as suggest some new steps for improvement and simplification of the overall order processing.

The subject of this bachelor´s study called "Proposal introduction a new article market on home product" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Unišek +". Le Cheque Déjeuner Group, s. r. o. is releasing this product to a Czech market. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.

The master’s thesis deals with marketing communication of the selected company. It is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on theoretical basis and defines important terms related to the topic of the master’s thesis. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current situation of the selected company. The third part is focused on creation of additions/adjustment for company’s marketing communication, which are based on the findings from analytical part of the thesis.

The work deals with the description of business processes in the area of services, based on the relevant theoretical knowledge, followed by analysis of the required resources, their securing as well as analysis of market environment and competition. The result of the work is my own proposal of concept and determination the conditions for its introduction in operation, which allows to realize modern service concepts in a globalized environment. Proposal of business processes in services is specified in the business plan he establishment of a fast food restaurant Subway. The thesis is focused on solving specific conditions in Hustopece.

Widgets for a Mobile Application of Intelligent Home Control

This thesis deals with development of widgets designed for intelligent home control in the environment of Android operation system. The intelligent home control is a framework developed at FIT BUT. The thesis introduces the framework and explains principals of developing widgets. The practical part discusses design and implementation of the specific widgets. The implementation is evaluated and the results are discussed. The concluding section provides summary and suggests future improvements.

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření marketingového mixu služby v začínající firmě. Pokládá teoretické základy pro analýzu problému, která následně představuje společnost a snaží se popsat její místo na trhu, cílovou skupinu a komplexně analyzovat situaci pro navazující část, ve které navrhuji samotný marketingový mix s pomocí metody 4P. Cílem této práce je vytvořit takový marketingový mix, který povede k celkové prosperitě služby a tím i prosperitě celé společnosti.
