Implementace agilní metodiky projektového řízení pro softwarové projekty

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of agile methodology Scrum. The aim of the thesis is to implement the agile Scrum methodology for an internal development project. In order to accomplish the goal, the background from the theoretical part of the thesis will be used, which focuses on current agile methodologies including Scrum. The practical part deals with the implementation of the Scrum methodology, where the implementation itself is focused on the creation of all the necessary artifacts of the methodology, including the integration and setup of the methodology in the internal Jira software. The thesis also aims to identify the risks associated with the use of the methodology for larger scale projects and propose measures for the identified risks.

The main purpose of this system is to be used especially for remote access to administrative proceedings files, thus extending the possibilities beyond the viewing defined by the current legislation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: the definition of the theoretical foundations, the analysis of the current situation and description of the system design.
Application of Elements of Agile Project Management Methods for Software Development in a Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the application of selected elements of agile methodologies to the project management processes of software development in a selected company. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first part, the theoretical background is developed, which in its introduction focuses on the basics of project management and gradually describes agile methodologies and their representative Scrum in more detail. In the second part, a selected company is introduced together with an analysis of the current state of project management and the current processes that take place in the company within the framework of project management are described. From the results of the analysis, areas are identified for which a solution is developed in the form of a proposal using selected elements of agile methodologies.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the project of reallocation of production and warehouse premises of AB KOMPONENTY s.r.o. using selected methods and techniques of project management. The bachelor thesis focuses on project management processes in the engineering company Bosch Rexroth. Specifically, the thesis deals with the analysis of the process of a selected order in the company and the subsequent comparison with the internal company directive that defines the process engineering of the product. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the thesis. The second part is analytical, containing data on the standardized process of the order according to the directive and the real process of the selected order in the company. These data were obtained through non-standardized observation, semi-structured interviews with the project manager, supplemented by data from the information system and internal company documents. The final section is propositional and contains suggestions for improvement at the level of sub-business processes.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the implementation of digital transformation of a company that focuses on road cargo transportation. The digitalization is mainly focused on the area of vehicle and employee tracking. The aim of this project is to increase efficiency and reduce costs for fuel, repairs and other influential factors. The tracking will be achieved by introducing IoT (Internet of Things) systems such as GPS locators, sensors and cameras, which will send data to a designed web and Android application for further interaction. The theoretical part of the thesis will also describe different project management methods. I will then use the selected methods directly in the design of the digital transformation project.
