Diplomová práce pojednává o agilních metodikách řízení projektů a jejich aplikaci na řízení vybraného projektu s cílem zvýšení efektivity při řízení vývoje webových aplikací a softwaru. Analýza současného stavu a literární rešerše vede k návrhu implementace metodiky Scrum, která pomůže podniku pomoci při reakci na měnící se požadavky zákazníků. Tato implementace je následně vyhodnocena v přínosech návrhů řešení. The thesis discusses agile project management methodologies and their application to the management of a selected project in order to increase the efficiency of web application and software development management. An analysis of the current state and literature search leads to a proposal for the implementation of Scrum methodology that helps the company in responding to changing customer requirements. This implementation is then evaluated in the benefits of the proposed solutions.
