Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení projektu rekonstrukce pracoviště, od kterého společnost očekává možnost růstu a zlepšení jednotlivých procesů. Vybraná společnost dlouhodobě řeší problematiku nedostatečné výrobní kapacity a oddělenosti svých pracovišť. Možným řešením je přesun do jiného objektu, ale ten je zapotřebí nejprve zrekonstruovat. Práce obsahuje návrh, jak by taková rekonstrukce mohla proběhnout. This master's thesis focuses on managing a workplace reconstruction project, from which the company anticipates opportunities for growth and improvement of individual processes. The selected company has been dealing with issues of insufficient production capacity and the segregation of its workplaces for a long time. One potential solution is relocating to another facility, however it requires reconstruction first. The thesis contains a proposal how such a reconstruction could take place.
