The master´s thesis discusses economical situation of the Agricultural Cooperative Kunžak using selected internal and external analyses, considering specifics of the discipline. The theoretical part explains terms and there are listed formulas which are necessary for next parts of the thesis. In the analytical part the company is presented and then particular analyses are made. Based on the analyses, proposals and recommendations for improvement of economical situation of the company are formulated.

The subjekt of thesis is a proposal of communication mix for the company MOLČÍK Kipper a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description basic terms of the marketing environment, analysis of the business environment, marketing mix and marketing communication. The second part of the thesis is a practical part. Practical part describes detailed analysis of the current state of the selected company. This part also shows the results of marketing research and creation of a concrete proposal for a new communication mix.
Marketing environment of Lavender farm

Thema of this diploma thesis is characteristics of marketing environment of Lavender farm from south Moravia. Even though this type of a business is not very known in the Czech Republic, the influences on the concrete business activity must be monitored to provide good products and to increase a competitiveness. For this purpose, the analysis of inner and outer environment was processed, due to which possible opportunities for company development were found. The important part of the thesis is the description of selected foreign lavender farms, whose goal was to find a source of inspiration and initiatives for a new services and products for Lavandia company.

Competition analysis of Sportisimo s.r.o.

The aim of this bachelors thesis is to compile an analysis competitivensess for company Sportisimo s. r. o. by using strategic analysis and to suggest recommendations to improve competitiveness based on results from strategic analysis. This thesis divided to an theoretical part and practical part. The first, theoretical part contains definitions of competition, competitiveness a description of tools of strategic analysis. Practical part consists of company introduction, macro and micro environment analysis and analysis of internal resources of the company. Pest analysis and Porters 5 forces modul were used to analyse the external environment. Internal resources were analysed by strategic analysis of internal resources. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are summed up in Swot analysis. In the end can be found recommendations for improvement of competitiveness of the company.

The aim of this work is to perform a competitive analysis of the company ŠKODA a. s. Using strategic analysis and based on the findings suggest recommendations to increase competitiveness. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It contains basic definitions competition competitiveness and description of tools of strategic analysis. The practical part consists the introduction of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment and analyzes the internal resources of the enterprise. Analysis of the external environment is described by the PEST analysis and Porter´s model 5 competitive forces. The analysis used the company´s strategic analysis of internal resources company. At the conclusion of this work are given the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the recommendation to increase the company´s competitiveness.

This diploma thesis was based on the main theme of Competitive advantage. The theoretical part of this thesis is concerned with concepts of competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage. Next part is based on analysis of outside surroundings where are specified the main methods of analysing company surroundings. The names of the methods are PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter five forces. In the last part of theoretical thesis are explained types of innovation and innovation process. The conceptual part of the diploma thesis is related to company Snag s.r.o. and its evolution in two periods. The aim of these analysis where to name the main elements with the biggest impact. In the end of the first period was made a decision about new company strategy. According to the new company strategy there was effected innovation process that created new product for selling. This innovation has had crucial market to the competitive position of the company. The implementation of the new strategy has started new periond of growing the company.
