[cze][eng] Tématem diplomové práce je charakteristika marketingového prostředí Levandulové farmy z jižní Moravy. I přestože tento typ podnikání zatím není v České republice moc rozšířen, je třeba sledovat vlivy působící na danou podnikatelskou činnost s cílem poskytování kvalitních produktů a zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti. Za tímto účelem byly zpracovány analýzy týkající se vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, díky kterým byly odhaleny možné příležitosti pro rozvoj farmy. Podstatnou součástí práce je popis vybraných zahraničních levandulových farem, a to se záměrem nalezení zdroje inspirace a podnětů pro nové služby a produkty společnosti Lavandia. Thema of this diploma thesis is characteristics of marketing environment of Lavender farm from south Moravia. Even though this type of a business is not very known in the Czech Republic, the influences on the concrete business activity must be monitored to provide good products and to increase a competitiveness. For this purpose, the analysis of inner and outer environment was processed, due to which possible opportunities for company development were found. The important part of the thesis is the description of selected foreign lavender farms, whose goal was to find a source of inspiration and initiatives for a new services and products for Lavandia company.
