Multifunctional apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of a project for the realization of a multifunctional residential building in Třemošnice. It is a five-storey building with one underground and four above-ground floors. It is a detached building set in gently sloping terrain. The underground level is used as a mass garage and there are bicycle storage room and the building´s technical facilities. The first three floors fulfil the function for housing and there are a total of 10 housing units (1x1+kk, 3x2+kk, 4x3+kk, 2x4+kk). The fourth floor has a café with an outdoor terrace. Vertical supporting structures in the above-ground floors are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks, the underground part has supporting walls and columns of reinforced concrete. Horizontal supporting structures consist of reinforced concrete monolithic plates. The foundation is a foundation board, only the base strips are designed at the door. The roofing of the building is designed as a flat vegetation extensive roof. The terrace in the 4NP is also designed as a single-sheathed flat roof with a layer of wood-plastic planks. The whole object is insulated with the contact insulation system ETICS. The design also includes thermal engineering assessment, acoustic assessment, sun assessment and fire safety solution.

Polyfunctional zone MOŘICE okr. Prostějov

The task of the diploma thesis is to prepare an architectural-urban study of a large multifunctional complex of the AGRISPOL company in the village of Mořice. The proposal is to have a wide scope, design of biogas plant, storage facilities, silos, internal roads, accommodation and recreation. The agricultural centre owns four agricultural sites, Mořice, Vitčice, Vrchoslavice and Pavlovice near Kojetín. The topic of the pre-diploma thesis was the agricultural centre Vitčice. The main idea of the thesis was to design efficient communications, layout and arrangement of the biogas plant, revitalization of garages and workshops, design of storage halls for the purposes of the cooperative or for rent. The eastern part of the plot is designated for short-term housing and senior housing in the proposed nursing home, supplemented by services such as manicure, pedicure, hairdresser. These two units are divided into almost two identical buildings that resemble a hockey stick in shape. The combination of these two shapes has created an inner courtyard which serves as a garden/park for the adjacent accommodation units. The park will be freely accessible to the public. The capacity of the nursing home is 16 accommodation units. The units include a hallway, private bathroom and a living room with kitchenette. The capacity of the adjacent apartment building with an adjacent multifunctional part is 8 flats of 1+kk size and 9 flats of 2+kk size. The apartments are designed as starter housing for young couples or for accommodation of AGRISPOL employees. It is a form of short-term housing.
Multifunctional building

This diploma thesis solves the project of polyfunctional apartment building in Habrovany village in the scope of the documentation for the realization of the building. The building is designed in accordance with the custom of building the region with the greatest possible elegance and modern design. The project includes two classic flats 3+kk and 5+1 and is one above-standard attic apartment 5+1 with a large roof terrace. The house belongs to two premises in the 1. floor and two office units in the 2. floor. The solution of parking on the land for residents and shop visitors and a smaller grassy park behind the house.
New Old Brno Return of living to the city centres

The thesis deals in its first part with the urban design of the brownfield site in Brno in the Old Brno district. The analytical part deals with the issue of the zoning of urban plan and the results of the Mendel Square architectural competition. The proposed urban solution is based on a traditional block of flats combined with a solitaire and defines various public spaces. In the second part, the architectural design of a typical block and four multifunctional apartment buildings in it is proposed.

This bachelors thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a multi-purpose apartment house in Frýdek-Místek. The apartment building is designed as a partial basement with four floors. On the first floor are two retail establishments. Each of these establishments has separate entrance from the facade of the building. There are also two separate entrances to the residential part of the house. All entrances to the building are barrier-free. From second to fourth floors are located six residential units, two on each floor. In the cellar are located cellar boxes for each flats and technical room.

The Master’s thesis on the theme „Multi function house“ is drafted as a building documentation according to the relevant laws and standards. The project processes a documentation of a new multi fiction apartment house construction with overall 16 flats. Their sizes are from a flat 2+1 to a flat with 4 rooms and kitchenette. Every flat has a garage and a cellar in the first floor. In the house there are 2 offices with a capacity about 12 employees and also 3 commercial premises. Hairdressing parlor and an Apple store are going to by situated into two smaller premises. In the last premise with 263 m2 of floorspace there is going to be a cycling shop. The project is designed as a brick building without basement. The building has two parts with four floors and these parts are united by a single-storey part. The whole building is symetric. The roof is designed as a platform with tend of 3%. On top of the first floor there is going to be a vegetation roof and a roof teracce with a flagging. On the fourth floor there are going to be roof teracces with ceramic pavement. Over the fourth floor there is going to be a roof cllading laden by pebbles. The house is situated in the town Kroměříž, in the pacific neighbourhood near to the historical town center. The neighbourhood of the object is determined for a building-up of family houses. Nearby the house there is a primary school and an athletic ground. The brick object is designed by a construction system Livetherm on the wall footings. The ceiling constructions are from concrete. The Master’s thesis is made as a project realization of building construction part with studies and design fundamentals. The part of the thesis is also the thermal technical recognition, fire recognition of the object and concept of canalization.

The subject of the master´s thesis is a design of polyfunctional residential building. The residential building is partly basament and has four floors and ten flats. Two flats are maisonettes. On the first floor are a cosmetics salon and a massages salon. The thesis contains a dispositional and building construction design and elaboration of the given part of implementary project documentation.
A Multifuntional Dwelling House

The bachelor’s thesis deals with project of Multifuntional dwelling house in Horsens, Denmark. This designed object will be used in the first floor for a administrative and bussines and in the second and third floor are situated flats. Architectural solution is based on pure and simple characters of functionalism. The building consists of two symetric boxes with flat roof and central outdoor staircase. Material solution of the building is based on the using modern and high-quality materials as a white plaster, steel railing of balconies with indented beam on the floor and big glass windows. Construction is made as a load-bearing wall system made from Porotherm and prefa ceiling panels made from reinforced concrete.

This bachelors thesis deals with theproject documentation for the construction of a multi-purpose apartment house in Ilava. The apartment building is designed as a partial basement with four floors. On the first floor there are two establishments, a shoe store and a dentists office. Each of these spaces has a separate entrance, there is also a separate entrance to the residential part of the house. All entrances to the building are barrier-free. On the second to fourth floors there are a total of six residential units, two on each floor. In the basement there are common areas for tenants, namely a cellar, a common room, a workshop and a technical room.
