Objective of this job is to propose such changes in personnel management, which will be good business.The theoretical part includes a summary of findings from the field of Human resources for example what human resources is, what it does and that activities in this area will need to be in the company to improve and enhance. Furthermore, the work tells us about the personnel audit and its progress. Analytical part includes the present situations in company. The practical part focuses on the application frame work day. Thanks to these results of this analysis, they can suggest solutions that will select a single, optimal.
Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

The goal of this diploma thesis is design of the concept for motivational system change in the company GB-geodezie, spol. s r.o. A study of the theoretical background in human resources and motivation area was done at the beginning. Based on this study, the analysis of current situation in the company was made, including also statistical survey performed by the questionnaire. Consequently, designs of the changes in the motivation system are developed and analysis of these changes is also made and discussed.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce changes in the current concept of motivation system in the company the Foundry HEUNISCH Brno s.r.o. in the fight against stress in the workplace. The work is divided into 3 parts. In the first part is the attention paid to the theoretical bases which are defined basic concepts of the issue of dealing with stress, human resources and motivation area. In the second part called analysis is analyze the current situation in the company and analyze the established motivation system in the company. Based on theoretical background and analysis of the current situation is in the last chapter drafted suggestions of motivation tools that have a positive impact on coping stress in the workplace.

The theoretical part of thesis describes the basic concepts of personnel management, diverse teams and characteristics of the high-tech sector. In the practical part is analyzed the current state using questionnaires and subsequently proposed recommendations, including their economic evaluation.

The thesis is focused on human resources management and particular activities of the human resources process. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical starting points, by defining basic concepts and specific HR activities. In the empirical part of the thesis, quantitative research was conducted across the international companies in the B2B market and simultaneously they have the performance of their activities in the territory of the Czech Republic. Then a case study of the selected company was conducted and proposals for improvement in the sub-areas of human resources activities were formulated based on identified problem areas. Furthermore, recommendations for improvement in the field of individual human resources activities are suggested.

The analytical part examines and evaluate the currect status of chosen company.
