Hlavním cílem diplomové práci je návrh na zavedení změn v současném konceptu motivačního systému ve společnosti Slévárna HEUNISCH Brno, s.r.o. v boji při zvládání stresu na pracovišti. Práce je komponována do tří částí. Nejprve je pozornost věnována teoretickým východiskům, ve kterých jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z problematiky zabývající se stresem, z oblasti personální a z oblasti motivace zaměstnanců. Ve druhé části tzv. analytické, je provedena analýza současného stavu společnosti a analýza zavedeného motivačního systému v podniku. Na základě teoretických poznatků a analýze současné situace je v poslední kapitole vypracován návrh motivačních nástrojů, které mají pozitivní vliv na boj se stresem na pracovišti. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce changes in the current concept of motivation system in the company the Foundry HEUNISCH Brno s.r.o. in the fight against stress in the workplace. The work is divided into 3 parts. In the first part is the attention paid to the theoretical bases which are defined basic concepts of the issue of dealing with stress, human resources and motivation area. In the second part called analysis is analyze the current situation in the company and analyze the established motivation system in the company. Based on theoretical background and analysis of the current situation is in the last chapter drafted suggestions of motivation tools that have a positive impact on coping stress in the workplace.
