Analysis of payment instruments and system in Czech republic

Thesis deals with analysis of payment instruments and systems in Czech republic during online shopping and how czech residents perceive them. In the first part is defined e-commerce and jurisdiction of payment systems. Then e-wallets (Paypal, Skrill and Czech alternative PaySec) are described. After that thesis deals with payment buttons and closely related payment agregators(PayU, Agmo, GoPay). Subsequently aquiring of credit cards is delineated. Last section of theoretical part of thesis deals with new method - payments with mobile phones (Mobito, MasterCard Mobile. In second part of thesis - practical part, there is analysed (with the help of primary survey and other provide surveys) actual situation of relation of czech residents to electronic payment instruments and systems focusing on which method are they using while shopping online and how they perceive security of this systems and instruments.
Credit cards on the internet

As a result of the fast development of information technologies, sellers began offering new ways of payment methods. In the Western Europe, North America or developed Asian countries credit and debit cards are deemed as a necessity among the vast majority of the population. This development has been reflected on the Internet as well. This dissertation focuses on payment methods that are nowadays available to the Internet users. The aim of this dissertation is to analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the various payment systems available in the Czech Republic; not only from the customers' point of view, but also from the perspective of business owners. Furthermore, this paper evaluates the possible risks associated with payments over the Internet, describes recent developments and predicts the future trends in this field by using statistical data.

This thesis deals with the credit card on the Internet and everything associated with this technology. This is a historic development, use and types of payments, electronic purse and security. The aim is a analyze to use of payment cards over the Internet and analysis of their use in the purchase of e-shops in Bohemia. In modern times the trend is everything to facilitate, simplify and accelerate. The same is true of the technology of online payments. With this involves the security risks that are not ignored, and this issue will be mentioned in the work. The conclusion focuses on the evaluation of collected data relating to buying and using credit cards online among the Czech public. The work is structured into 5 chapters. The first deals with the history and development of payment cards, the second chapter discusses the types of cards and their use, the third chapter is devoted to security, the fourth is about electronic purses and the fifth analysis data from the questionnaire.
Analysis of payment options in czech on-line stores

The next part describes types of payment instruments to purchase over the internet. These instrument are compared with each other and it is designated the best instrument for on-line paying. The analytical part deals with research of using these instruments in public.

This bachelor thesis discusses current possibilities of Internet payments made by electronic payment systems and payment cards. It analyzes its security risks and provides security principles. International electronic payment systems PayPal, AlertPay, MoneyBookers and Czech PaySec and E-Commerce 3-D Secure are described in detail and then compared. This comparison provides sellers a choice of an electronic payment system, which is the most suitable for the branch of his activities.

Fast development of modern technologies brings new opportunities, which carry new risks. This work is aimed at options of using credit cards and electronic wallets, younger competitors of credit cards, on the internet. Huge amount of funds flows through those systems every year. Competitive environment forces companies provide more comfortable and more sophisticated systems. Together with new technologies come new risks. Situation is more complex with unsolved old troubles replaced by new ones. Work is oriented on modern payment methods in the environment of electronic shopping. The goal is to describe, comment and compare chosen methods, which are possible to use with modern electronic payments. Work takes into consideration both systems in the Czech Republic and systems abroad. In the end, there is an estimation of development of systems in the Czech Republic based on analysis of abroad systems and customer research.
Internet electronic payment systems

The bachelor thesis deals with the electronic payment systems, sometimes referred to as alternative payment systems. In the first part two best known and most widely used electronic payment systems Paypal and Moneybookers are described and Czech most widely used system Paysec is here given to compare with them. Second part is based on survey about experiences and knowledge of Czech people with shopping and paying on the internet. According to survey the results are analyzed by graphs and schemes and the reasons for this situation are discussed
