Economic Assessment of the Construction of Passive and Active Houses
Ondra, Filip ; Komosná, Milada (referee) ; Hrdlička, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis examines the economics of use of technologies linked with low-energy, passive, and active house construction which is presently very often a topic of interest. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate economic effectivity of additional investment into construction materials leading to reduction of heating requirements of the evaluated family house. Furthermore, economics of the use of advanced technologies of ventilation, different heat sources and photovoltaic power plant are assessed. The result is a complex evaluation of different alternatives of the house which makes this thesis helpful in answering the question whether these additional investments will pay off.
Study of the effect of construction materials on the thermal stability of the low-energy buildings
Mikeš, Vít ; Skříček, Darek (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the study of the impact of the construction materials on heat stability of the low-energy buildings. The study aims at comparison of heating and energetic sings for three different material versions of the construction solution of a house.
Autonomous power system
Královský, Jaroslav ; Brázdil, Marian (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with available technologies when designing autonomous house. Theoretical part of this thesis shows and presents options for gaining energy from renewable resources and options for energy storage. The practical part of the thesis is focused on designing partly autonomous system for model house using renewable resources. In the thesis are three options of gainig energy for the house, from which is chosen the best option.
Non-standard family house
Wiesner, Jakub ; Jelínek, Petr (referee) ; Rusinová, Marie (advisor)
Aim of the thesis was to design Non-standard family house and work out documentation for construction realization. Designed building is two-storey family house for permanent residence of 4-6 persons with floor area 224m2. Non-standard solution is design of passive timber structure founded on reinforced concrete slab lying on thermal insulation pillow formed by foam glass. Using of natural materials as far as possible and creation of healthy inner micro-climate is very Non-standard too. The buiding has also very non-standard shape with combination of oblique and planar walls. Thesis itself consists of 2 main parts. First part is description of construction in technical report. Second part is main project documentation including calculations.
Assessment of the economic efficiency of a passive house
Mašková, Pavla ; Comorek,, Martin (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The Master thesis is focused on rating the specifics of passive houses and assessment whether the energy savings in the operation of passive house will cover the increased cost of construction. The theoretical part deals with the history and development of passive houses, application of natural materials, sustainable resources of energy and indicators for the evaluation of economic efficiency. The practical part describes passive and standard house. On the standard house, there is processed financial plan. Reference objects are compared, followed by evaluation of the return on the additional costs of the passive house.
Energy centre - selected parts of building technology project
Suchánek, Jiří ; Rychtecký, Martin (referee) ; Vlčková, Jitka Laura (advisor)
Master thesis Energy centre - selected parts of building technology project is solving problems connected with technological issues from the construction work supplier point of view. This thesis concerns such a parts as financial, timing and preparations are. Material used as a base was a master thesis of the student from Civil engineering department.
Business Plan - Development Project of the Construction of Homes for the Elderly
Staňa, Marek ; Mládek, Josef (referee) ; Heralecký, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the development project, the construction of low-energy, passive houses for the elderly. The work compares and assesses the effectiveness of the investments from the investor's perspective, but also from the perspective of macroeconomics. The saving impact on the environment is also considered. The attention is also given to the used construction materials in terms of health and comfort of future customers of these buildings.
Alternatives to solutions of low energy and passive family houses
Pospíšilová, Pavla ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on material and technical alternatives of the building envelope and heating of low energy houses and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on main principles of designing low-energy building standards. The practical part is aimed to the best economic and technical solution of new buildings in low energy and passive standard on a particular case. At the end of thesis the evaluation of the best design options is performed.
Apartment Building in Kyjov
Jurutková, Zuzana ; Závorková, Kateřina (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This master´s thesis solves the apartment building with – bakeshop. The are five floors in the apartment building. The building hasn´t any basement. The apartment building is designed in passive standard, it´s caused by the orientation to cardinal points, compact shape, extreme thicknesses of insulations, orientation of windows to the south-west and to the south-east, but also thanks to the climatic area.
Specifics of Passive Houses
Hortová, Michaela ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
