This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the Czech National Quality Award. It introduces the nature of the award and its influence on the organizations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.

The influence of experiential education to their participants

The thesis deals with the influence of the various forms of experiential education on its participants. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of experiential education, its development, goals, forms, and principles. The empirical part consists of the qualitative research based on an observation method and a semi-structured interview whose aim was to analyse whether, and if so how, the experiential education used in the authorial project Saan influences its participants. The main aim of the thesis was to evaluate in what way are the participants influenced by the experiential education and then to compare this theoretical knowledge with the conducted research.

It describes in detail the reality TV genre, its brief history of broadcasting, focusing on the motivational elements of the program participants Pošta pro Tebe. It investigates the impact and effect of media and mediated relationship to the contents of a reality. It analysis the audience base, explores reasons for visiting the TV studio spectators, why people looking for this TV show and why they watch it by questionnaires, interviews. It's looking for the credibility of the program and asking whether the audience would become program participants. Further, the work captures the audience ratings and popularity in each year of its broadcast. Finally, describes the creation of the show and behind the scenes. The graduation theses deal with contemporary legal regulations of the civil proceeding participants. A big attention was dedicated to particular definitions of the participants within contentious and non-contentious proceedings. The presumptions are being analysed of which a certain person can become the participant in proceedings and the presumptions of which the participant in proceedings is legitimated to act on his/her own behalf in the trial. Object of theses are also different kinds of representation of the participants, i.e. representation at law, representation at judicial decision or representation under the power of attorney. Solution of unemployment of young people through closer connestion of their vocational training with labor market requirements

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between the vocational training of young people and the requirements of the labour market. The thesis is focused on secondary vocational education. The problem, that has been examined, is the lack of readiness of school graduates, to move to the free labour market. In order to improve this, it is necessary to try to reconcile the content and outputs of vocational training with the needs of the labour market. If graduates are poorly prepared for employers' needs, these graduates may become unemployed. The problem is getting worse with the longer duration of unemployment. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out and describe who participates in vocational training and how their mutual cooperation is implemented. In the thesis the author will try to find out the strengths and weaknesses of this cooperation. He will also try to find out in what kind of way the training of young people to the needs of the labour market is adapted. The thesis is a case study focused on the South Bohemian Region, which is briefly presented by selected indicators characteristic of the selected region. Participants in administrative proceedings with emphasis on participation in proceedings conducted according to the Building Act The Master thesis deals with a topic of participants of administrative proceedings, in which participation in proceedings conducted according to the Building Act is strongly emphasized. The author chose this topic because the participants in proceedings are irreplaceable procedural parties of every administrative proceedings without their existence no administrative proceedings could be conducted, and therefore they form an integral part of administrative proceedings next to administrative authority. The meaning of statutory legal regulation is to guarantee participants in proceedings mutually equal position and rights to prove a claim sufficient in administrative proceedings. The thesis introduces contemporary interpretative and application conclusions altogether with their gradual development and it evaluates in which way these conclusions brought about solutions and in which way conversely there were disputable questions in consequence of these conclusions. The thesis is concerned with theoretical background of participation and the legal regulation of participation in the Czech republic. It also deals with the legal regulation of participation in the Federal Republic of Germany and in the Republic of Austria. There are many problems associated with criminal participation and it is possible solve them in many different ways. However, the proper regulation of participation is important to comply with basic principles of criminal law. The aim of these thesis is to discuss some base approaches to the regulation of participation, to summarize advantages and disadvatages of individual systems and review application of these systems in legislation of selected countries. These thesis is composed of three parts. The first part defines basic terminology and describes two base systems of legal regulation of participation - the dualistic one and the monistic one. The aim of this part is to approximate guiding principles of both systems and advantages and disadvantages of legal application of these systems.
