Network marketing opportunities on the market of cosmetics

The main goal of the Bachelor Thesis is analysis of direct selling and network marketing on the Czech market with cosmetics. The work analyses four chosen companies which operate on the Czech market. The conditions which companies offer to their representatives were examined as well as their range of products, cooperation possibilities and commission reward systems. Secondary data about progression and condition of the network marketing on the Czech and world market were used. This work has its own quantitative research which was done to check knowledge about products offered by four chosen companies as well as satisfaction with products. Prices of cosmetics were compared as well. Comparison of chosen companies was made based on information above followed by last part dedicated to conclusion of acquired knowledge. The best companies for new distributors were chosen and recommendations for companies about development of their distribution networks were made. Work is focused on direct selling and network marketing in general and describes principles of network marketing and its advantages and disadvantages. Foundation and history of network marketing is described as well as Czech law treatment of illegal systems. Part of the work is also dedicated to ethic of direct selling.
Multilevel marketing

The Bachelor Thesis examines Multilevel marketing (abbreviated as 'MLM') as a business sector. The first aim of this study is to analyse the system of MLM within the company Oriflame and to measure to what extent the success of MLM is dependent on the duration of the seller's involvement in MLM and on the type of individual's character. Additionally, the thesis investigates whether it is possible to attain financial independence within Oriflame. The second goal is to find out what is the public opinion of the MLM system. To gather reliable information, a questionnaire was created and distributed. The theoretical part of this Thesis refers to MLM as a part of direct selling, analyzes its history and current trends. There are also non-ethical and prohibited systems. The Thesis is focused on motivation and tools of success. The practical part presents the analysis of MLM system in the company Oriflame and research of public opinion about MLM. At the end of this Bachelor Thesis whole issues and results of the public opinion of MLM system are summarized.
Analysis of motivation effectiveness in direct sale corporation

The thesis is focused on running of direct sale corporation and emphasis on employee motivation. The main goal is analysis of current motivation system and remuneration of independent beauty consultants in Oriflame cosmetics. Further objectives are effectiveness evaluation, drawbacks determination and proposals of possible improvement. Theoretical part is based on study of expert literature and brings us into domain of sale, motivation, stimulation tools and creation of motivation programs. Practical part gives basic information about company Oriflame cosmetics, its current activities and employee motivation system. Effectiveness of beauty consultants` motivation evaluation is based on questionnaire, personal interviews, corporate documents and personal experience. Related proposals and recommendations shall lead to higher influence of corporate motivation system.
Brand building of firm Oriflame on the Czech market

The aim of this bachelor work is to outline the Oriflame brand building on the Czech market. The work should familiar the reader with the company, to bring its operations in the Czech Republic, focusing on the implementation of its marketing strategy. The marketing mix and a SWOT analysis will help to this. It will also draw results, whether the target company for the Czech market is real and successfully fulfilled.

This Bachelor's thesis deals with multilevel marketing (MLM) in practice. The number of companies based on multilevel marketing has been enormly increased during the last 20 years. The main conditions for the entrance into the serious MLM company are described in this thesis. The practical part of the Bacelor's thesis deals with people's opinion of multilevel marketing and about multilevel marketing in a company called Oriflame. Several problems were discovered in this company. In the conclusion I suggest possible solutions to these problems.

Point of my work is analyzing of marketing strategy of chise firm. I decided for this topic, because marketing is an important bussines instrument and without good marketing strategy can't be successful. I wanted to find, how to use marketing and marketing instruments in bussines. I decided for Oriflame, because she is successful on czech market already 20 years and in spite of crisis she shows good sales. Another reason was, that I was befor one year registred as cosmetics consultant by Oriflame and so I can use my personal experiences.
