Christ's Sacrifice: a Paradigm of Life as the True Worship
Sluková, Jana ; Ryšková, Mireia (advisor) ; Matějec, Tomáš (referee)
The aim of the work is to present Christ's sacrifice as an example and model for the Christian life on the basis of the study of biblical texts. The thesis is divided into chapters, the first of which discusses what a sacrifice is, what it is for, what its character may be, and how worship in the Old and New Testaments is related to the offering of sacrifice. The second chapter focuses on Old Testament sacrifices, the development of sacrificial rites, the handling of sacrificial gifts, and explains the meaning of sacrifices offered to God in the Old Testament. The third chapter gives attention to the prefigurations of Christ's sacrifice in the Old Testament, and the fourth deals in detail with Jesus' sacrifice, which begins with his incarnation and culminates in his death on the cross. The fifth chapter looks to the New Testament letters and psalms for concrete ways to follow Jesus in daily life. Christ is the pattern and image after which man was created. He took on human flesh to serve people and to show them in himself what a life focused on the good of others looks like. The Christian is called to follow Christ and has a chance to do so the more deeply he understands the meaning of his sacrifice. This is what the work seeks to contribute to.
Culprits and Victims in Selected Works of Czech and Sudeten German Authors
Štillerová, Jana ; Mocná, Dagmar (advisor) ; Neumann, Lukáš (referee)
My thesis deals with the literary treatment of the question of guilt for the removal of Germans from the Czech lands after World War II. The perspectives of Czech and Sudeten German authors are often very different, but sometimes very similar, although the authors are separated not only by nationality, but also by several decades of their lives since the treatment of the topic and the time that influenced them. Řezáč's, Durych's, Körner's and Mühlberger's rendering of the subject falls in the same epoch, namely the 1950s, while Gudrun Pausewang, who, although she also lived through the displacement and could have written about it right after World War II, waited forty years to write her book. It is possible that she needed to gain some distance from the traumatic experience in order to collect her thoughts and gain some perspective on the events. The deportation is also dealt with by authors who did not personally experience it: Tučková and Bernig. One might expect Czech authors to have the same view of the issue of guilt, but this is not the case. Durych and Bernig are open, both sides speak, they also describe Germans as victims and call for dialogue and reflection. Řezáč is one-sided, tendentious, expedient, only Germans are guilty, never victims. Tučková too, but in the opposite way. Most...

Pletichová, Eliška ; Taušová, Jitka (advisor) ; Božík, Michal (referee)
ABCTRACT This thesis deals with psychological manipulation in partner relationships. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explore the relationship between the manipulator and his victim. The theoretical part is divided into seven chapters, while the first chapter deals with the definition of the concept of psychic manipulation and its occurrence in society. The second chapter deals with the phases of the manipulative relationship, which are divided into the phase of idealization, the phase of appropriation and the phase of identity erosion. The third chapter deals with manipulative techniques. The fourth chapter is focused on the personality profile of the manipulator, where I did not deal only with the masks which the manipulator wears in society, but I also focused on his characteristic qualities and the question whether the manipulative individual is aware of his behavior and manipulative techniques and uses them consciously in order to gain consent. The fifth chapter is focused on the profile of the victim's personality. In this chapter, I focused not only on the typical qualities that victims usually possess, but also on the questions of why it is always so difficult for the victim to leave the relationship and what makes him or her stay in the relationship despite never-ending arguments and insults....

High - school bullying
FRIEDLOVÁ, Barbora
This bachelor thesis deals with bullying in secondary schools and its issues. My thesis focuses on the knowledge of high school students regarding bullying and also prevention. The first part of my bachelor thesis is theoretical. The theoretical part is dedicated to bullying, where bullying is described as a concept, then the stages of bullying and its forms are described. In the next chapter I define who is a participant of bullying, as a victim and aggressor, what are the consequences of bullying for the participants. I also deal with prevention. In the second part I describe my own research. The aim of my bachelor's thesis was to describe how high school students perceive the issue of bullying, then the sub-objectives were to find out what the manifestations of bullying are according to the students, whether they know any prevention programs and what knowledge they have about bullying. Qualitative research was chosen to meet the objective. The research method is questioning, and the technique is semi-structured interview with nine communication partners. Open coding method was used to evaluate the data that was collected during the research. In order to achieve the predetermined objectives, I used four research questions: What knowledge about bullying do high school students have?; What are the manifestations of bullying according to high school students?; What anti-bullying programs do high school students know?; Have high school students ever encountered bullying? The research showed that students know what bullying means and how it manifests itself. Students have an overview of what forms bullying takes. Some students have personally experienced bullying as witnesses. Students have mostly encountered prevention programmes in school lectures. For most students, prevention is provided in their schools and bullying does not occur.
