Study of the effect of construction materials on the thermal stability of the low-energy buildings
Mikeš, Vít ; Skříček, Darek (referee) ; Šťastník, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the study of the impact of the construction materials on heat stability of the low-energy buildings. The study aims at comparison of heating and energetic sings for three different material versions of the construction solution of a house.
Low energy house
Pavelová, Michaela ; Mrkos,, Dan (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor’s thesis is elaboration of the project documentation for construction of low energy house in Dlouhá Loučka. This is two-story detached object without basement which has a rectangular floor plan. It is roofed with pitched roof and the attic is residential part of the building. Thesis contains basic calculations which are needed for design of project documentation. Project documentation is elaborated according current standards.

Heat Pumps in Buildings Heating Systems
Vláčil, Martin ; Pěcha, Jiří (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with heat pumps and their use in building modern heating systems. In the first part of thesis is theory describing the principle operating of heat pumps, their types and basic components. The other part describe low-energy house and its parameters. In the last part of theory is discussed the issue of modern heating systems and types of heating elements used in it. In the practical part is the prescription of family house given by supervisor, the calculation of its heat losses and the design of the heating system. Further, the heat pump design and its economical comparison with selected heat sources.
Hot water heating systems in low energy houses.

The thesis deals with the possibilities of low energy houses heating. The first chapter is a general description of the distribution and characteristics of these houses. The following presented the basic principles of methods of heating systems and components used in these systems.
Alternatives to solutions of low energy and passive family houses
Pospíšilová, Pavla ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on material and technical alternatives of the building envelope and heating of low energy houses and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on main principles of designing low-energy building standards. The practical part is aimed to the best economic and technical solution of new buildings in low energy and passive standard on a particular case. At the end of thesis the evaluation of the best design options is performed.
Specifics of Passive Houses
Hortová, Michaela ; Chovancová, Jitka (referee) ; Kocourková, Gabriela (advisor)
The aim of this work is to extend understanding and knowledge of the problems of low-energy and passive houses. The theoretical part is focused on defining the characteristics of low-energy and passive houses. In practical part I analyze and compare three real houses. One of them is the passive house. This analysis is extended of assessment of the residents behavior.
Low energy detached house
Krejsa, Jan ; Hudec, Mojmír (referee) ; Sedlák, Jiří (advisor)
The Bachelor‘s thesis „Low energy detached house“ is made as building documentation in agreenment with standarts and legal norms and acts. Detached house is designed as two-floored slab-on-ground house with a flat roofe. It is a detached house on a slightly slope terrain. Social and technical premises are located in the first floor to. Master bedroom and kids rooms are situated in the second floor. The building is made of ceramic block Porotherm 44 P + D, the ceiling is designed to be mounted ceramic ceiling of Porotherm. The carbon footprint of the building industry and its theoretical value
Halama, Miroslav ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
Presented theses dealing with the complex influence of human activity on the environment. Particularly provides the calculation of carbon footprint volume consumed during manufacturing of raw materials used for a normal and a low-energy house. The calculation of the energy performance certificate for both variants is also included. To evaluate of economical demanding investment to both mentioned houses including carbon dioxide disposal, the theoretical calculation of the price of carbon footprint equivalent has to be determined. The aim of this study is an investigation of carbon footprint in construction industry focusing on the production of carbon dioxide during the realization of a normal and low-energy house.
Apartment complex Brno-Sadová
Hendrych, Pavel ; Jacková, Eva (referee) ; Sátora, Josef (advisor) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The bachelorˇs thesis apartment complex Sadová. Work solves a lot from urban and architecture viewpoint. Complex is created by three apartment houses with three above-ground levels and 1 underground level. A lot is divided on relax and traffic zone.
