The Business Plan for the Foundation of a Kindergarten

The master´s thesis is the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a private kindergarten in Ivančice, as a limited liability company. The proposal is based on market needs and analysis of general and business environment, for which is typical the excess demand for services of kindergartens over their existing capacities. Organizational, marketing and especially financial plan backs up viability selected business.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the small company ESTA, spol. s r.o. It contains theoretical bases, which are then implemented in the actual business reality through SLEPTE analysis, McKinsey 7S Framework, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the situation is evaluated and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.

In my master´s thesis, I focus on an overall review of a middle-sized manufacturing company, which was touched by a global crisis. Based on differents kinds of analysis, I try to discover reserves in a company activity, which make impossible its repeated grow. I will define proposals thanks to the analysis´ conclusions. Those proposals should lead to a positive company progress in coming years.

The Proposal for Improving the Marketing Mix in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on improvement regarding marketing mix in TODOS Bratislava s.r.o. company. The thesis is composed of three parts. There is the theoretical part, analytical part and part with suggestions. Theoretical part focuses on definitions and basics connected with marketing, marketing mix and forms a comprehensive theoretical framework of the work. Analytical part is dedicated to characteristics of the company, current status of the company, internal and external analysis, marketing mix and research results. The last part contains suggestions to improve the marketing mix based on results from the analytical part.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The goal of the master's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company BORS Břeclav a.s. and to create own suggestions for improvements based on the results. The analysis is carried out for the period 2003 to 2012. This work also shows a comparison with competing companies. The work is divided into four parts. The first part states the goal and methods of processing, in the second part is introduced the theoretical background of the work. The third part is devoted to the evaluation of the financial situation of the company and in the last part are presented own suggestions for improvements.

Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic

Title: Management of a selected professional basketball club in the Czech Republic Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze internally a selected professional basketball club and to reveal the key points that have an impact on the club's management. Then, to elaborate on this to make recommendations for the club to effectively improve its leadership. Methods: The research included an analysis of the internal environment according to the McKinsey 7S framework. Secondary and primary data were used to compile the analysis. Primary data were obtained from semi-structured interviews. Based on this information, recommendations were made on what the club should improve for its future operations. Results: Based on the analysis conducted, it was found that the club has a well-set structure and shared values. From the interviews conducted, it was found that all employees in the club are familiar with the same values in the club and that everyone knows what position they hold and who they report to. The lack of technology used in communication and very low development of employees' job skills were identified as a problem. The club does not provide any form of self-development for its employees.
