Návrh obchodní strategie pro prodejce a provozovatele nevýherních zábavních automatů

The diploma thesis deals with the business of the operators of non-winning entertainment devices. It analyzes the current state of the business environment and the attitudes of entrepreneurs and consumers. As part of the marketing research the orientation analysis, questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were carried out. The first questionnaire is focused on the darts players (n = 1036), the second to the general public (n = 214). Within the framework of the research were conducted 15 in-depth interviews with business owners. Based on the results of these researches, business strategies and recommendations are proposed for operators of non-winning entertainment devices and to Union of Darts Organizations.
Evaluation of efficiency of self-service BI implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises

The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of implementation of self-service Business Intelligence (SS BI) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). To achieve this goal it is necessary to define essences of BI and SS BI, evaluate the relation between SME and BI, and assess possibilities of SS BI in case of enterprise, which specializes on fermented milk products. The theoretical part of this thesis explains methodology behind BI and SS BI, and emphasizes the definition of SME. The practical part provides the description of the small enterprise called Lakto and analyses the implementation of the prototype of SS BI solution in this company. In addition, the practical part provides visualization of results using Qlik Sense Desktop tool. The main contribution of this thesis is assessment of self-service BI implementation in SME and discussion of its main benefits.
Business plan focusing on the choice of legal form of business

The main aim of this graduation theses is to make the draft of the business plan and evaluation of its feasibility for Květinové studio (The flower shop) Bellis in Havlíčkův Brod. Decision about appropriate legal form of business is also made. Another aim is the comparison of two kinds of legal form (limited liability company and natural person - entrepreneur) for business launching, and making financial plans for them. Then analysis and evaluation, which legal form is more suitable, is worked out. Output of this graduation theses is also an assessment if this business plan that is focused on providing services in flower desing area. Current situation, competition aned legal requirements are taken into consideration and also a chance of this project to survive or succeed.
Competition for starting entrepreneurs as a way to support and develop of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic

The goal of the thesis Competition for beginning entrepreneurs as a way to support and develop of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic is to analyze the efficacy of entrepreneurship competition. Based on this analysis, the treatment recommendations for their improvement would be provided. The theoretical part is emphasized the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises, summarizes the information of the support of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the competitions for beginning entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. By interviewing competing participants, opinion would be given on the effectiveness of their functioning and series of recommendations would be provided.
Competitive environment of business incubators in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with application of Competitive Intelligence in the environment of business incubators in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this work is to analyze the competitive environment of Czech business incubators and draw conclusions leading to a possible increase of their competitiveness. The theoretical part describes the competitive intelligence including selected analytic methods, the support system for development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the role of the state in their support and aspects of innovative business. The following part deals with characteristics of business incubation, basic division of business incubators and their importance for the development of SMEs. It then describes the history of incubators in the world and the way they operate in the Czech Republic, including description of basic services provided. The practical part analyzes broader competitive environment throughout the country, using Porter's five competitive forces model. Then there is a complete list compiled of all operating and planned incubators in the Czech Republic displayed on a map, divided into different regions. There are six incubators selected for a thorough competitive analysis in the Central region and the city of Prague, which are the regions with the strongest competitive environment in the Czech Republic. Based on results of analyses mentioned above, there is a set of final recommendations on how to increase the competitiveness of Czech business incubators and to get overall improvement in business incubation.
Support for small and medium enterprises in the Visegrad Four countries

This work is focused on supporting of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Visegrad Four (V4), i.e. the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Poland and Hungary in 2007 - 2013. The work analyzes the governmental support of SMEs in each of these V4 countries, which includes the situation of the SMEs, institutions providing support and individual programs of support. This part is followed by the SWOT analysis of support systems in V4 countries. The final chapter is devoted to the practical application of support system of SMEs in the V4 countries on the example of state assistance to entrepreneurs affected by the floods in June 2013. This work gives a comprehensive look at the issue of support of SMEs in the V4 countries and provides detailed understanding of their position and importance of small and medium-sized enterprises at both, national and international level.

The subject of my master thesis is creating a business plan. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of business plan in its individual chapters. In each of these chapters I summarize and evaluate the theoretical methods that can be applied on the given area. The practical part deals with preparation of a business plan focused on cloud computing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Strategic analysis of the company Zelený ostrov s.r.o.

A strategic analysis of the company ZELENÝ OSTROV s.r.o. is done in this master's thesis. The company runs a small laundry with the same name in small city Dobřichovice in the central Bohemian region. The main goal of this thesis is to work out a strategic analysis, evaluate its results and try to suggest strategic recommendation which would lead to a future prosperity. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on strategy, strategic management, strategic analysis, small and medium enterprises and social business. Practical part focuses on application of theoretical basis and doing strategic analysis of the chosen company. In the end, there is a list of business activities which are implemented into a new suggested company strategy.
Risks of internationalization of SMEs in relation to the EU

Small and medium-sized enterprises of the EU gain the opportunity to trade their goods and services, or both across the borders of the EU. Thus, the importance of studying the internationalization process has become with the increasing competitiveness very important. This diploma thesis deals with risk of the internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises that is a process of entry to the foreign markets. Moreover, it deals with what is the role of the European Union in the internationalization process. The goal of the thesis is to identify the risks of the internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises and to find out if the European integration helps small and medium-sized enterprises in this process. The suggested recommendations are intended to show how to support the small and medium-sized enterprises in the internationalization process.
