Analýza nabídky služeb cestovního ruchu v dané oblasti

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the range of services in the Lipno nad Vltavou area. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical and application. The theoretical part contains basic technical terms from the field of tourism, which are important for understanding the purpose of the thesis. The application part begins with a chapter that analyzes and characterizes the area, including its range of tourism services. It follows from this chapter that Lipno nad Vltavou has the greatest potential in terms of natural conditions and that the offer of accommodation and catering services, including the offer of leisure activities, is sufficient. A questionnaire survey was used to analyze trends and customer preferences, using which missing products and services were found near the Korzo Lipno resort. The guided interview led to a deepening of the intention of the Korzo Lipno project and confirmation of the possibility of introducing the identified missing services from the questionnaire survey. At the end of the thesis, the thesis is based on the results of research and suggests the possibility of introducing services in a newly developing project, including their marketing and sales support.

Impacts of Tourism on Residents; Case Study Lipno nad Vltavou Abstract: Lipno nad Vltavou is currently becoming one of the largest and best equipped tourist resorts not only in South Bohemia but also throughout the Czechia. The objective of the bachelor thesis is especially to analyze the impact of tourism on residents of monitored community and transcribe the present phenomenon of strong development of tourism in the monitored area. Own practical part of the presented bachelor thesis is dealt with characteristics of the monitored area from the perspective of history, location, infrastructure and demography, at the end are evaluated the results obtained mainly through own questionnaire survey. key words: impacts of tourism on residents, Lipno nad Vltavou, tourism

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of selected services in Lipno nad Vltavou. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - literary review and practical part. Literary review focuses on general characteristics of services, tourism, the concept of seasonality and sociological methods of investigation. The practical part analyzes the secondary data provided by the municipal authority of Lipno nad Vltavou and evaluates the interviews with the local entrepreneurs and the mayor of the municipality. Finally this thesis contains the results from the analysis and practical research as well as suggestions and recommendations to the municipality.

The Aspects of Tourism Attractiveness: Case Study Lipno nad Vltavou Abstract: The village Lipno nad Vltavou is becoming one of the most progressively growing tourist destinations in the Czechia. It's a destination with a great potential for tourism development but it has been greatly suppressed due to the previous political system. Nowadays, the destination prosper again and its radical development can be seen in changes of functional land use, changing the composition of the offered services or the attitude of residents. Motivation of winter tourism participants

It is possible to observe certain stagnation of the winter tourism which is linked with winter sports. The overall number of participants is not growing any more, however, new ski resorts are being set up and the competition is continuously rising. In order to stay competitive, it is necessary to take into account reasons which leads to the final decision of a tourist to choose certain ski resort. This thesis concentrates on the concepts that influence the process of choosing the destinationThese concepts, which are based on foreign literature are following: destination image, place attachment, loyalty. During the winter season of 2015 there was also a research conducted at the recently developing destination Lipno nad Vltavou, which was based on observations and interviews with the visitors. Analysis obout infrastructure of a resort Lipno nad Vltavou

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make descroption about municipality Lipno nad Vltavou and its neighbouring municipalities in deed. In the theoretical part I have explained few basic conceptions and summarized some basic informations about transport infrastructure and characteristic of municipality Lipno nad Vltavou. The practical part is based on contemporary traffic availibility of this area, internal infrastructure of the center; concretely about the interconnection of three ski areas and describes principal the infrastructure of a municipality in details. According to the observed data I have done SWOT analysis about individual means of transport. The closing part of my bachelor thesis fucuses on an actively planned project which is the main part of the project -- developement of Lipenský region.
