This bachelor thesis is focused on the housing market (market for flats) and their financing in the city of Zlin. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explores basic concepts of living and state concepts of living for the next 8 years. With this is related to the additional support program from the state in the living area. The practical part deals with the housing market in city of Zlín following to the new zoning plan. In conclusion is compiled the concrete financing flat by the help of building savings loan.

Preparation of Children for Leaving the Children's Home

This bachelor thesis called Preparing Children for Leaving the Children's Home deals with the preparation of children growing up in children's homes for their independent leaving of the institution and their preparation for life in general, on the part of the educators. In addition, this bachelor thesis is concerned with the life stories of children who have already left the children's home. The main goal of this work is to discover how children are prepared for their independent life and whether, from the children's point of view, this preparation on the part of the children's home has been sufficient. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the institutional education and its legislative frame, the children's home, the rights and duties of the children placed there and the whole process of leaving the children's home. Finally, some projects supporting the children who leave the children's home are listed. The practical part of the thesis deals with researching the preparation of children for leaving the children's home, both from the educators' and the children's point of view. The research group consisted of nine educators working in unnamed children's homes in South Bohemia and four adults who grew up in a children's home. The research methods used were the method of qualitative research, the interview method and the technique of semi-structured interview. For evaluating the data the ATLAS.ti software was used, open coding was performed followed by data categorization. On the basis of this research, both the individual research questions and the goal of the work were answered. As emerged from the research, the individuals leaving the children's home just after reaching their full age or at a very young age have problems entering their independent life, mainly in the area of finance, housing, employment, integration into society and creating social relationships. In spite of the intensive preparation taking place in children's homes, it is difficult for the leaving individuals to succeed in the society at such a young age without any help of a close person, who could be helpful in solving problematic situations but also in solving everyday issues. The findings of this bachelor thesis can be used both by institutional and protective education workers and by the students of health and social studies and pedagogy. It could also be a useful aid for OSPOD workers and other specialists or the non-professional public who are interested in these issues.

Brexit and its implications for European integration

The diploma thesis Brexit and its implications for European integration uses the method of explanatory case study in an effort to analyze the causes and impacts of the Great Britain's withdrawal from the European Union. The thesis therefore examines the historical context of the complicated relations between Great Britain and the European Communities from their formation in the 1950s to the present, which ultimately led to the historic step of United Kingdom's withdrawal from the EU on 31 January 2020. The thesis then maps the negotiations regarding the Withdrawal Agreement and the future arrangement of mutual relations, which took place between 2016 - 2020. The effects of the UK's withdrawal from the EU on the composition and functioning of the European institutions and the impact of the changes on the remaining member states are also analyzed. In addition, the work presents possible arrangements of economic relations between the two parties, which are currently the subject of negotiations between the UK and the EU during the transitional period from 1 February 2020 to 31 December 2020. Lastly, the thesis works with the White Paper presented by the European Commission in 2017 in order to analyze five possible scenarios for the future development of European integration. Jan Tříska in Czech theatre and film after the year of 1989

This thesis investigates acting performance of Jan Triska in Czech theatre and film after the revolution of 1989. It focuses on seven specific performances in the theatre productions of King Lear, The Art, The Tempest and Leaving and in the films Elementary School, Lunacy and Piknik. On the basis of reviews, photographs, video recordings of King Lear and Leaving and as well as the above mentioned films, this thesis attempts to define the characteristics of the actor's performance.
