The project is an extension of the architectural study with the Building Permit Documentation and the Building Implementation Documentation. The theme is the design of Brno City Hall, which should unify all separate sections to one ( administrative, urban, social-cultural, technical and economic). Currently, all sections are located in different locations. The selected location is located in the city district of Brno – střed and is defined by the streets Benešova and Koliště. It is a nine-storey building. Two floors are underground and seven sre above-ground floors. The underground floors are designed mainly for parking. On the first floor there are workplaces of individual sections and on the upper floors there are offices. On the last floor – on the 7th floor, there is a cafe.
