Determination of Optimal Prices of Supplied Bathroom Sets

The theme of this work is to define the optimal prices supplied bathroom sets. In the theoretical part, we focus on the development of the construction industry from 1993 to the present and there have been mentioned several important milestones. The most significant impact on today's situation was in 2008 and the beginning of the global crisis. The state of the economy has been influenced by it as we know it today. In the practical part, we examined the supply and demand as the fundamental theories of microeconomics. We performed analysis of clients and prices in the locality. We created the "golden middle" and according to him, we determined the most common price assemblies supplied bathroom and WC.

Change in the clientele of Lázně Priessnitz during the First Republic

This bachelor thesis investigates the effect of promotion on the clientele change of the Priessnitz Spa in Jeseník. The thesis takes into account the origins of the spa and its history and focuses specifically on the First Republic period. It analyses the brand and promotional activities used by the spa. The introductory section presents the theoretical concepts that are the foundations to the practical application discussed in the latter part of the thesis. Based on these foundations, an analysis of the communication and promotional materials published and used during the First Republic period is presented. Subsequently, the theoretical segment introduces the historical context, providing an overview of the events of 1914 to approximately 1919, including the economic, social and political dynamic in newly formed Czechoslovakia. This is followed by an overview of the history of the spa industry and a list of competing spa establishments in Czechoslovakia, more specifically in the border region of Silesia. The promotional materials used are presented. The thesis then focuses on Priessnitz Spa itself, analysing the brand, communication and promotional activities and clientele. A year in the life of gentry - Jan Jenisek of Ujezd and Svrcovec

The aim of the work is to introduce readers to the life of a member of lesser nobility - Jan Jenisek of Ujezd and Svrcovec. Information was obtained by processing of economic and business notes which were recorded by Jan Jenisek between the years 1550 and 1552. The notes represent unique source for exploration of everyday life and work. Readers are given the opportunity to find out how legal disputes were solved, how farming, breeding and trading of commodities was conducted. Important part of the thesis is also the picture of Jan Jenisek himself, his character and relations with members of all society classes.
