Web-Based Information System for Support Casualty-Wards
Koreň, Miroslav ; Mazal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Jurka, Pavel (advisor)
Aim of this Bachelor's Thesis "Web ambulatory care information system" is to gain information about ambulatory systems and comprehend their principles. On this knowledge base build up own ambulatory system and assume results. Created application involves basic functionality provided by obvious ambulatory systems and is opened for future update. System is conceived as web application. It was built up with the usage of facilities for development web information systems in Java language, specifically by using JSF (Java Server Faces), JSP (Java Server Pages) and Servlets.
Improve Support for RESTful Processing in JBossESB
Eliáš, Filip ; Kočí, Radek (referee) ; Letko, Zdeněk (advisor)
The goal of this work is to allow JBoss ESB to communicate with remote applications using REST. JBoss ESB is a platform that separates application logic from the process functions and enables communication between applications with different interfaces by sending messages. REST is an architecture that provides universal interface for communication between computer systems in the network. This work describes integration of REST communication architecture with JBoss ESB platform. The integration is divided into two parts. The input part accepts REST requests, propagates their content to the JBoss ESB and generates a response. The output part waits for the messages from JBoss ESB from which it creates the REST requests, sends them to the recipients and receives responses. The implementation puts emphasis on integration with the RESTEasy project. RESTEasy provides a framework that facilitates development of applications that support REST communication.
The Database of Moving Objects
Vališ, Jaroslav ; Chmelař, Petr (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work treats the representation of moving objects and operations over these objects. Introduces the support for spatio-temporal data in Oracle Database 10g and presents two designs of moving objects database structure. Upon these designs a database was implemented using the user-defined data types. Sample application provides a graphical output of stored spatial data and allows us to call an implemented spatio-temporal operations. Finally, an evaluation of achieved results is done and possible extensions of project are discussed.
Use Firebird Database in JBoss Application Server
Maruniak, Lukáš ; Fiedor, Jan (referee) ; Letko, Zdeněk (advisor)
The task was to propose a solution for the Firebird database connectivity to JBoss aplication server. The work deals with configuring source code of JBoss application server so it could work with Firebird database, including procedure for the preparation of environment and implementation enterprise aplication. In conclusion of the work there are analyzed and shown misconfigurations.
Technologies for Persistent Objects in Java
Šenk, Zdeněk ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Zendulka, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with technologies for persistence of objects in Java. It briefly describes options of persistence of objects into files and further especially modern technologies for persistence of objects into database systems, particularly relational. It describes JDBC technology, framework Hibernate, application interface JDO, SQLJ technology, frameworks OJB and TopLink in detail and briefly the other tools. The emphasis is especially put on their usage, which is illustrated by amount of examples, their properties comparison and recommendation for the application building. The other part of thesis deals with life phases of information system development, where the differences of usage of JDBC and Hibernate, their mutual comparison from different points of view, importance of software architecture and design patterns for the application development in J2EE are presented.
Acoustic call analysis application for Android system
Hejda, Jakub ; Mucha, Ján (referee) ; Mekyska, Jiří (advisor)
The telemedicine’s capabilities are rapidly expanding due to technological advances in a smarphone development. The goal of this thesis was to suggest the architecture and prepare the design providing acquisition, processing and synchronization of voice para- meters recorded by patients with Parkinson’s disease and to implement such system. The architecture was completed successfully, it consists of the mobile application able to record patient’s calls, the server application introducing an interface to store and synchronize the data and to provide them to the web application, where doctors can see the data and analyze it. Implementation of the server application was finished according to the design and to the requirements for robustness and security as well as the web application. By an extension of the existing mobile application for recording voice calls there was developed a huge system for the analysis of this disease.
Multicinema information system
Baxa, Radek ; Holek, Radovan (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
The thesis deals with information system for multicinema. In general, it is about project and largely realization software which can manage relevant information in multicinema organization. The first part is introduction and study of programming platform for construct information systems. In general they are PHP, DOT NET and J2EE. There is also description of related technologies for remote desktop and web clients too. The second part is about analysis. The most important chapters contain determination requirements and database schema for persistent storage data. At the end of this part analysis class diagram is mentioned too. The third part is about projection and about software realization using J2EE technologies EJB, JSP and so on. Selected segments of the system are described using UML diagrams. The appendix contains index to abbreviations. Main addition is compact disk containing complete documentation and created software (source codes, binaries).
E-Learning System Based on Modern JAVA Technologies
Sechovec, Petr ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Rogalewicz, Adam (advisor)
Main goal of this thesis is to analyze the current community and language learning systems and based on this analysis, to create a complex learning system. The system is implemented by modern J2EE technologies such as wickets and OR mapping. The final J2EE application is portable and easy to install on free Apache Tomcat application server or paid SUN application server. System was deployed on public FIT VUT server and tested by a sample of 60 students. Results and review of testing are at the end of this thesis.
Modern J2EE Development Frameworks
Ondrušek, Libor ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Trchalík, Roman (advisor)
This bachelor thesis should be a simple way to show the usefulness of modern technologies for the development process of advanced enterprise applications. This work wants to introduce simple using of this technologies in practical example. The kernel of this work is theoretical analysis of Java technology, especially development frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. The theoretical part is illustrated by practical implementation.
Multilanguage Invoice System of Small Company
Bondra, Ivan ; Stryka, Lukáš (referee) ; Jaša, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to design and implement multilanguage invoice system of small company or small trader. The system should enable an effective record of billing documents to be bound to the storage card and a list of partner companies. The applicability of the system should support the import invoices from other commonly used accounting systems. This documentation describes the various technologies used in developing this system and a large part of the document is devoted to analysis, design and implementation of the solution.
