Renewal Spa Zabrdovice

The subject of my thesis is the project of an indoor swimming pool in the part of Brno- Zábrdovice. The space of the site comprises an outdoor swimming pool, a building of winter‘s spa and a new building of indoor pool. The building of the indoor pool is divided into three parts according to the construction and the altitude. The first part contains an entrance hall, which is followed by the second part where can be found facilities of the swimming pool (reception, changing rooms, showers, toilets, steam rooms), and a restaurant on the second floor. From the area of the restaurant, it is possible to observe through a glass wall the activity in the hall of the pool. The third part is the actual hall of the pool with the swimming pool of the length of 25metres and the whirlpool. The capacity of the pool is about 100 people. The entire basement is used as technical facilities of the swimming pool. The proposed building is used as a public building for swimming and relaxes. There is solved a wheelchair accessible in the whole area, even the barrier free swimming pool.
Indoor swimming Pool

The thesis deals with the design of the indoor swimming pool located in the municipal land registry of the city of Brno. The thesis contains design documentation, technical report, thermal technical appraisal, details of 2D technical field, fire technical report, structural analysis of timber structures. This project is aimed at building public swimming pool – swimming pool whose lenght is 25 meters, children´s pool, relaxation pool, whirlpool and the sauna area which consists of three saunas. The proposed project has two floors and one basement with dimensions of 70,2 x 33,5 m. The build-up area is 2352m2 . Flat roof with compact structure with a foam glass. The roof carry wooden glulam beams. The thesis can be used as a basis of the building procedure.
Renewal Spa Zabrdovice

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to develop an architectural study expanding the historical areal of the urban spa in Brno-Zábrdovice with new building of indoor swimming pool. The assigned building site is located on the Zábrdovická street in close neighborhood to the functionalist object of the winter spa. The projected building responds to this object with simplicity of composition and shape solution. The whole building is consisted of two compositional forms. The first is glazed cylinder, which is used as the entrance hall and the main communication space. To this part is connected the rest of the two-storey building. In this part is a hall with a swimming pool and changing rooms. On the second floor is restaurant with the space for organization of exhibitions. This reinforced concrete section has white facade, which emphasizes the purity and simplicity of the whole building. The building has a fully basement and there are a necessary technologies for water and air regulation.
High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. Indoor swimming pool - concrete tank construction

The aim of the diploma thesis was to design reinforced concrete construction of the indoor swimming pool and ensure impermeability of the construction, to ensure behavior as concrete tank construction. Static analysis was done by using program Dlubal RFEM 5.12, where interaction of subsoil with construction was taken into account. Slabs around the swimming pool area were divided into expansion section because of temperature changes from glass façade an after that the sealing of expansion gap was solved. Construction system under the swimming was designed and was tested the behavior of walls and slabs. Analysis was done also to considerate of hydration heat. The drawing was done by software CADKON RCD.
Steel construction of the swimming pool

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is a design and an assessment of steel structure of the swimming pool. The load-bearing structure consists of arched truss girders with variable span. Model dimensions are 36x36 m. The arched girders are simply supported to the collumns. The girders and the collumns are connected with the purlins and the girts. The stability of the structure is provided by lateral and longitudinal bracings.
Swimming pool with gym

The subject of the project is new building of indoor swimming pool with gym with dimensions of 63,2x32,4 m and guest capacity of approximately 250 000 people per year. The project is located in Valašské Klobouky (parc.č. 2210/1, 2200/11, 2203, 2194, 2210 / 3, 2210/35 in the cadastral area of Valašské Klobouky) owned by the city Valašské Klobouky. In the neighborhood, there is took place building of primary schools, kindergartens, health centers and boarding house for seniors. Location of buildings on the property (built-up area of approximately 1934 square meters) is based on the requirement to continoue to the existing complex of objects with maximaly utilization of space and orientation to the quarters. The building is divided into two parts by volume. From an operational point of view is divided into three functionally different parts ie. A cafe, gym and indoor pool. The parts are divided by materials. Café, entry and operational facility is from supporting skeleton system, which is equipped with a facade of cladding panels in a uniform grid in combination with glass facade. The supporting part of the hall with pools and gym is consisted of laminated wooden trusses, which hold up the roof and cladding with sheeting of TiZN. Southwest facade of pool hall, toward to the health center, is fully glazed. Glazed stripes are also between individual segments of glulam wooden trusses of hall and ensures even natural lighting of the hall.
