Social farming - Possibilities of urban farms

This thesis deals with the possibilities of creating an urban farm in České Budějovice. Using quantitative and qualitative research, it tries to find out the interest in the services of such a facility among the general public, primary school teachers and social workers in retirement homes. Based on the results, the most relevant form of the farm and suitable activities are proposed.
HUMAN RELATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE

The subject of my bachelor thesis is: Human relations on a workplace. The objective of my bachelor thesis consists in the survey and analysis of human relations on a workplace from the viewpoint of: sex of the employees, age of the employees and the company size. The objective consists also in the search and definiting the factors that contribute to the satisfaction of the employees in the human relations. The survey is affected by the help of qualitative access. I used the method of semi-structured interview. Eleven employees took part in this research. I chose the respondents so that the employees represented from the viewpoint: different age, sex and company location. The interviews were recorded on the dictaphone. After that I accompliced the interviews transcription. The analysis of the data followed. On the basis of this analysis I took this views: The importan factors that influence the human relations on o workplace are: conditions of organization, solving of space and function on the workplace, presence of the close person on a workplace, composition of the collective from the viewpoint of the sex, change of employee position, leading style, conflicts, manifestation of appreciation, partnership and matrimonial relations on a workplace. The most importan factors that influence the human relations on o workplace are: way of solving the problebms, communication, personality, charakter, liking, superior personality and conflict persons. The recommendation: The company should devote higher attention to leader choice for their employees. The general satisfaction with humen relations introduced four respondents.
Environmental responsibility of household and its influence on the social relations

Anotácia v anglickom jazyku: The aim of this thesis is to find out whether there is an interconnection between environmental responsibility and social relations. On the basis of ecological and theological texts we will analyse the issue of individual environmental responsibility in a household and its influence on human relations visible mainly in the families. Do we realize that polluting nature pollutes also ourselves? The first part discusses theoretical background of the issue. Subsequently this knowledge will be applied on actual problems, like separation, energy savings and other activities connected to a life in a household. This issue will also be analysed utilizing sociological research. Is there a difference in perception of environmental responsibility between secularized and Christian population? As a scope for the eco - ethical research, encyclical of Benedict XVI. Caritas in Veritate is used. The social structure and human relations: mutual relationships

This work analyzes mutual relationships between social structure and human relations. Above all, it analyzes the function of human relations in social structure. Human relations are understood here as social processes going on within social structure. The object of this analysis is examined on three levels: individual, human relations, social structure. Method of this thesis is analysis and synthesis of relevant (above all) sociological literature. By structural approach to the analyzed object, author concludes that human relations' function in social structure is to reproduce or change social structure. Human relations influence self- concept of human, which subsequently reflects in character of human relations and social structure and vice versa. Current character of social structure is seen as leading to alienation in many ways. In the end, the author brings to the discussion concrete proposal for the change of social structure by improving social abilities of people and consequently also improving human relations.

Human Relations between Young People and Senior Citizens in the Region of České Budějovice

The Master{\crq}s thesis deals with the problems of human relations between young people and seniors. Ageing and senior citizen problems list among burning issues in a society. Seniors meet young people very often in their everyday life. It is mainly mutual interaction with seniors, personal experience and other social and psychological factors that influence the attitudes of young people to seniors. Family as an institution plays a significant role in the creation of relationships among people. The objective of the thesis is to discover the quality of current relations between young people and seniors in the region of České Budějovice. The research focused on collecting information about the attitudes, opinions, experience and feelings of senior citizens and young generation in terms of their interaction in current society. Better understanding of the topic could have a positive impact on inter-generation relations between young people and senior citizens in a society.
