Workpiece geometrical accuracy measurement possibilities
Tvardek, Michal ; Musil, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to do a research in the field of measurement of geometrical accuracy of workpiece. In the introduction I deal with the description and graphic interpretation of geometrical tolerances and parameters of the surface texture, including their illustration in the drawing documentation. Then I briefly summarized the major measuring methods of the chosen geometrical features and gear wheels. I also described the current equipment for measuring geometrical accuracy and surface texture for both inprocess and postprocess usage; meanwhile I tried to accentuate their main features and advantages.
Design apparatus for measuring geometric accuracy of machine tools
Holcman, David ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s work deals with modern methods of geometric accuracy measurement of machine tools, modal analysis and definition of demands on used agents during the measurement process. A part of this work is dedicated to description of numerical finite element method, which is the cornerstone of ascertaining the natural frequencies by a software program. In the closing part the appropriate adjustments of minimisation of influence on measurement are suggested.
Prediction of Selected Parameters of Rotational Kinematics Pairs of Machine Tools
Marek, Tomáš ; Šooš, Ĺubomír (referee) ; Kolář, Petr (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The dissertation thesis is used as a methodology for prediction of selected parameters of rotational kinematic pairs of machine tools. The motivation for its writing has been continually increasing requirements for parameters (performance, accuracy, static and dynamic stiffness) of machine tools. The methodology takes into account the availability of suitable measuring devices and description of the design of rotary kinematic pairs. It will be useable for predicting the behavior of rotational kinematic pairs, even at the design stage by applying results to the machine design. The work is processed so that first is used a system approach to suggest methodology for prediction of the behavior of rotary kinematic pair in CNC machine tools, planning measurement strategy and verifying the results, including applications for specific kinematic chain of the selected machine. Based on this system approach and the resulting methodology, the measurement of the rotary kinematic pair was performed. The results of the system approach and measurement are generalized in the form of recommendations for designers of machining centers, allowing to increase the accuracy of the rotational kinematic pair.
Geometric Accuracy of Additively Manufactured Test Parts
Ilčík, Jindřich ; Sehnoutka, Petr (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
The presented diploma thesis deals with the control of the geometric accuracy of the parts produced by additive manufacturing technology selective laser melting. The paper first analyzed the work of the other authors dealing with this issue. Based on obtained informations from this analysis were developed benchmark test parts for quality control of production on a commercial machine SLM 280 HL supplied by SLM Solutions GmbH. The work was carried out several tests to determine the appropriate parameters of construction parts. These tests, their results and conclusions are fully described in this papper.
Root cause analysis of scrap during production of bearing rings in a roller bearing company
Studýnka, Pavel ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis concerns about measuring of rings of bearings from the input material, throughout machining processes, such as turning, heat treatment, grinding, till finishing operations as honing. Purpose of this thesis is to map all the processes in a roller/needle bearing company, measuring of rings of bearings, evaluating data, propose actions leading to decrease the number of scrap product and technical-economical evaluation of changed processes.
A software interface for a laser tracker user application
Kozáček, Peter ; Kovář, Jiří (referee) ; Knobloch, Josef (advisor)
For assembly of product machine is necessary to evaluate a geometric accuracy of individual functional parts of the machine. This process is very demanding and time consuming. One of the reasons of mentioned problems is the lack of software (adaptation) for measuring of the accuracy of geometrical precision. This theses (diploma work) focuses at facilitating the development and creation of own application based on customer requirements and for measuring geometric accuracy with the Laser Tracker AT901 from Leica company. The aim is to create a basic application suitable for measurement of geometric accuracy, which would speed up this process, would be user-friendly, simple and open for further expansion.
Measurement of machine tool spindles by means of non-contact sensors
Slavíček, Josef ; Knoflíček, Radek (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The goal of this work is to propose a suitable methodology for measuring and evaluating the geometric precision of spindle rotation. Identification and classification of errors while moving spindle. Part of this work should be also a program in LabVIEW that evaluate the errors in the motion of the spindle. Practical functionality of the proposed measurement system should be tested at selected MCV754 QUICK machines, lathes SV 18 and milling machine FNG 32. For processing of the results should be used basic statistical procedures. This thesis includes research in the field of machine tool spindles and different ways of measuring spindle motion deviations from the ideal path. There is also included the effect of sensors to measuring spindle running accuracy and identification of suitable sensors applicable for this application. There is a proposal of measurement of selected machinery, and defines all the components required for measurements that were used during spindle running precision measurement. Part of this work is a basic description of the program developed for evaluating errors in the motion of the spindle.
Analysis of SLM production accuracy of sipes for tire molds
Tomeš, Jan ; Rapant, Martin (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the current production of sipes by two SLM devices PXL and M2 Cusing, produced by Phenix Systems and Concept Laser companies. The samples of both machines went through the same manufacturing process and the same process of measurement and evaluation, in order to carry out comparison between individual machines. Geometric accuracy, surface roughness, mechanical properties, and material structure of the samples have been compared. For the sipes it was necessary to create a digital evaluation methodology of geometry. In the second part of the thesis, process parameters are selected on the basis of research and further their influence on surface roughness of manufactured sipes is analyzed.
Data processing from measuring machine tools
Jelínek, Adam ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose a procedure of an implementation of periodic control of geometric accuracy of machine tools into the maintenance process in Walter s.r.o. company.
