The thesis deals with production planning. It contains theoretical description of methods used for production planning and optimizing. Thesis describes bottleneck problems in production. It offers overview of ways to identify and analyze bottleneck influence to manufacturing process efficiency. Thesis proposes ways to eliminate bottlenecks using various algorithm types. It applies theoretical knowledges from optimization and graph theory to program creation that is focused on order delay and readjustment time minimizing. The program implements genetic algorithm.

Information System Assessment and Proposal of ICT Modification

The diploma thesis deals with the discovery of flaws in the processes and information system with suggestions for improvement. The work is based on a localization company which operates worldwide and it is considered among the best in the field of localization. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is the theoretical framework which was used during analysis of the company and its information system and, consequently, is described in the second part of the work. The last and the most important part is a description of the current processes and a suggestion of changes in order to improve and increse the efficiency of these processes. Also, in this work, there is a time analysis with possible risks which may occur. At the end of the work, I deal with an economic assessment of the changes and their benefits for the society.

The goal of bachelor thesis is to get know with specific planning tools which are used in project planning. The output is application of individual methods on project Residence on Dlouhá street in Olomouc, where the each methods are presented a compared.

The Project Proposal for Building of Research Center

This diploma thesis deals with creating a project proposal of the research center construction according to the required specifications by SEDOX Company Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and tools of a project management – analytical tools for evaluating the financial and time project costs, also risk analysis relating to competitiveness and maintaining on top of the market. The third part is devoted to the current situation of the development application market. There is the complete proposal of the research centre construction, using the tools according to the IPMA (International Project Management Association) that were described in the theoretical part. In conclusion I have presented my own solution suggestions, their benefits, project sustainability, return of the investment cost and also long-term prosperity.

Methods of Company Project Management

Using waterfall method, this bachelors thesis will describe project manager actions in real project environment, from project’s beginning to successful finish. In the first chapters, we will present goals of our project, methods of project management from managers perspective, as well as actions of analysis execution. Next chapter elaborates on more theoretical procedures, furthermore we will introduce you to current project status analysis. In project solution proposal, we will define implementation and execution of project, resulting in successful delivery.
