Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh projektu výstavby viacúčelového ihriska a aplikáciou metód projektového managementu do firmy GRACE Slovakia, s. r. o. Úvodná časť sa zaoberá teoretickými poznatkami z oblasti projektového managementu, následne je prevedená analýza súčasného stavu firmy a jej okolia. Výstupom práce je predprojektová štúdia pozostávajúca z čiastkových plánov pre monitorovanie a priebeh projektu. The bachelor thesis focuses on the project design of multifuncional court and application of project management methods in GRACE Slovakia, s. r. o. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge of project management, then it contains analysis of the current situation in the company and its environment. The outcome is a feasibility study consisting of partial plans for monitoring and course of a project.
