Realization of control system for electro-pneumatic manipulator FESTO

Presented thesis deals with pneumatic actuators, PLC control systems and physical properties of compressed air. The thesis introducing short view of pneumatic components of FESTO manipulator and LabVIEW programming. Experimental results are presented on three axis FESTO manipultor programmed by NI LabVIEW.
Glass Plates Manipulator

The object of this diploma work is to project a manipulator for the chaffs of glass, which will be mounted to the cutting machine RKP 01. The function of this manipulator will be a transposition of the chaffs of glass from the supply table to the haul. This manipulator check by calculations. RPK is the cutting machine for the circular-shaped cutouts, from which the saucers are made. Everything will be operated automatically, position of a handling moulding will be located by the sense organs and everything will be controlled by the automat, which was already designed by the firma FESTO FEC 30.

This thesis deals with design of control unit for pneumatic manipulator. The control unit is connect to PC, where the special designed software is running. This system allows you to easily control the manipulator. Controlling process can be realize directly by user or automatically by program.
Recontruction of machine for checking OID codes on the plastic molding

The diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the OID code checking device on interactive globes. The thesis was prepared in cooperation with the company Ravensburger Karton s.r.o based in Polička. The first part is devoted to the analysis of Ravensburger Karton s.r.o., description and use of optical identifiers. Then the condition of the original equipment and the company’s requirements for reconstruction are analysed. The analysis of the equipment is followed by an analysis of the market for control systems, drivers and control panels. The market research is followed by the design of the electrical scheme including economic calculation. The installation of the equipment including a new swing arm for the control panel is also described. The last section describes the software design of the device control system including network configuration and the creation of the control panel visualization. Finally, the recovery of the device is described.

This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the process of matching the bearing components. The work contains a description of Codesys programming environment, its structure, usable languages and some examples of usage. The main part of the thesis describes a series of algorithms that provide the necessary actions for one of two processed pairing approaches. These algorithms are subsequently implemented as subprograms in the Codesys environment. The necessary inputs and outputs are part of the proposed algorithms as well as processed subroutines.
