Multifunctional house in Jablonec nad Nisou

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a multifunctional apartment building with large flats and the elaboration of construction documentation. The building is situated in a quiet location of the statutory city of Jablonec nad Nisou in a nearby distance from the dam, which is used for rest and recreation. The surrounding development consists of apartment buildings from the beginning of the last century with a height of three to four floors. The building itself is detached with four floors and one basement. On the first floor there is an establishment intended for administrative use. The first floor also contains a barrier-free apartment and a barrier-free entrance to the building. On the level of the first floor, there is also a car park with barrier-free access to the building. There are always 2 apartments on the other floors. The basement is designed as a technical floor and there are also cellars belonging to the apartments.
BIKEZONE.cz - Bikeshop with flats

The aim of the diploma thesis „BIKEZONE.CZ – bikeshop with flats“ is development of detailed documentation to build the bikeshop with flats for permanent living for sixty person on the land number 337/4, in the city named Hradec Králové – Kukleny. The building is designed with the master plan and the surrounding construction and appropriately mounted on the adjacent intersection. The building is designed as a four-floors, partial basement with two-floors bikeshop with own service and the flat part with seventeen flats of the size two or three bedrooms with kitchen. Next to building are designed two car parkings with capacity for 25 cars. The main entrance to the shop is from the street Pražská třída where is a parking for customers a the main entrace to the flat house is from the street Pálenecká. The supporting part will consist of a combination of sand-lime bricks KM BETA and monolithic ceiling and column. The non-supporting part will of sand-lime bricks KM BETA. The roof is flat with a waterproofing membrane of flexible PVC surcharge laundered gravel. Insulation of the building envelope will contact system ETICS terminated blending facade of dark and light gray colors. Doors and windows are wooden with golden oak color shade.

This bachelor’s thesis solves a project documentation of Apartment House and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is designed as a detached house, without basement. It has a non-standard size and is covered with a flat vegetation roof. The house has five floors with balconies. The house has 12 dwelling units. On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle and pram room, utility room, utility room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is made of precast concrete frame and infill wall with a contact thermal insulation system.
Tail Units

In this bachelor´s thesis is created a survey of constructive solutions and lay-out of horizontal tail unit, solutions of horizontal stabilizer attachment and ways to control the elevator. In the introductory part the term which is used in this thesis are briefly explained. In the following part the possible configurations of the tail units are listed. From these configurations, some solutions are selected and they are closely classified. Any of these solutions provides a short description of the elevator control, the advantages and the disadvantages of this solution, an overview of selected horizontal stabilizer attachment and their detailed description.
Wellness hotel "Na Ovčačce" - Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce

The project is newly built wellness hotel in the cadastral Svatý Kopeček, the town of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is in a secluded street in Darwin. On the territory are restrictions concerning the parameters solved object. Notably the location, number of floors and the percentage of stopping. This is a three-storey, basement building with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and reinforced concrete footings. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of concrete formwork and fittings in the basement. Ceiling structure is designed using locally supported reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is divided into several sections. The 1s there is an underground garage and wellness. In 1.NP is a restaurant and facilities associated with the operation of the restaurant and hotel. In 2.NP and 3.NP are single rooms. Total capacity is 155 people and has 16 employees. To the building are three main entrances. Two of them are designed as public entrance to the restaurant and hotel. The third is the entrance for staff and supplies. Among other inputs that lead from the exterior of the building is the entrance to the restaurant terrace. Another entry is possible from the underground garage to wllnessu. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair. Before the building is designed parking for 27 cars and underground garage for 44 cars. Five of parking places are for disabled people.
Boarding House

This diploma thesis solves a project documentation of boarding house and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is as a detached house, without basement. It has rectangular size and is covered with a flat one coat roof and saddle roof with truss girders. The house has three floors with terrace. On the second and third floor is 14 guest rooms with social rooms. On the first floor is: pram room, bicycle/ski room, reception, utility rooms, wellness, restaurant, kitchen. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is brick with a contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling constructions are from prestressed panels. The house is designed on sloping terrain from south to north.
Mixed-use Building

This Master’s thesis deals with the design and elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a multifunctional building in Pardubice. The building is located on plots No. 2426/35 and 2426/36, in the cadastral area of Pardubice. It is located in an area close to the city center. There used to be barracks in this place. The outline of the house is "bitten" L-shaped. The building consists of civic amenities, where there are Alza showrooms, musical instrument showrooms, cafes, rehabilitation centers and massage centers. Another part are offices. All floors are barrier-free. The building has no basement. The main arterial communication of the house passes through the hall, which goes diagonally through the building. This corridor connects the individual establishments, technical facilities, stairs, elevator, and parking lot behind the building. Movement between individual floors is ensured by a monolithic staircase and an elevator. The building also includes a parking area for cars, access road and another garden with space for outdoor seating. The building is based on strip foundation and pad footing foundation made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structures are made of ceramic and brick blocks and columns. The building has a longitudinal compositional system. The ceilings are designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior walls are plastered with thermo-insulating plaster. The walls in the roof entrance section are contact-insulated with mineral wool. In the place of the plinth, the insulation is made through extruded polystyrene. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof with rainwater outlet/roof outlet. Next to the land there is a local road.
Senior Park

The master’s thesis project is developed for the implementation of a new building for the elderly and persons with reduced mobility - Senior Park. The building is divided into several parts: the main building with facilities and separate wooden houses for the accommodation. The main building is a single-storey structure with a vegetative roof. The houses are designed with gable roof, without a basement. There is an emphasis on utmost privacy of individuals along with the care and closeness to nature. I embedded the main building partially into the ground so as to offset the difference in land and thus facilitate the movement after the plot and also served as a park for the inhabitants.
Hotel

Diploma thesis deals with the design documentation hotel building in the village of Vendryně. The building is designed in accordance with the existing this area and the slope of the terrain. This is a two-tier four-storey building. Above the 1st floor is designed flat vegetation roof and above the 4th floor is gabled roof. The building contains part of the accommodation, dining area and facilities for staff. Work includes architectural and layout design, preparation of construction drawings, design of fire safety design of buildings, basic thermal technical assessment and calculation of a selected wooden truss and a draft air exchange for restaurants and kitchens. The entire work will be complemented by a text part.

The house has a single-layer flat roof and is lined with a contact insulation system. The dominant feature is the receding structure on the south side, creating pleasant terraces with nice views of the countryside.
