The aim of this Bachlor's Thesis "Financial analysis of HOLLANDIA Karlovy Vary, a. s." is to analyze and evaluate the financial situation of the company from 2007 to 2011, compare results with the sector and present a forecast of the development of the company in the year 2012. The Bachelor's Thesis consists of a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part explains the purpose of the financial analysis, describes the procedure for the construction and recommended values of particular indicators. The methods contain horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of relative and differential value ratios, balance rules, economic value added, value and bankruptcy models and economic standard. The practical part includes a description of the company, the applicaton of these methods and outcomes of finanacial analysis.

The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Brisk a.s. in years 2006 to 2011. The thesis itself is composed of introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The theoretical part summarizes the methods which are used in financial analysis. The practical part includes description of the company Brisk a.s. and the application of methods described in the theoretical part together with a comparison of the company to the industry in which it operates. Among the methods used in this thesis are analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indicators, balance rules, The Du Pont's decomposition and the value indicators. The conclusion includes an overall evaluation of the learnt results and a prediction for the future.

Assessment of the financial situation of a particular enterprise

This Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of a particular company, during the period from 2007 to 2011. The company is compared to other companies, which are from the same industry. The theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis contains a definition of the financial analysis, sources of data, participants and methods of this analysis. Furthermore I drew up the methodology which outlines a way of calculating indicators, which are used in the practical part. In practical part I analyzed the limited company, which is called SG strojírna. Then I compared this company to three other companies. The practical part has three sections. The first section includes indicators of ratio analysis such as liquidity, profitability, indebtedness and activity. In the second section I map the development of the company based on Du Pont analysis. The third section is concerned with bankruptcy models. The conclusion of this thesis contains an evaluation of the company´s financial situation and measures proposed for greater profitability and efficiency.

Creation and application of financial economic evaluation on a specific company

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to describe and devise a system for financial-economic evaluation of the particular company. First was the financial analysis which was based on a pyramidal decomposition. To build a self-evaluation was necessary to create new ratios. In the bachelor?s thesis was also mentioned prediction models, but their ability was limited, so than was devised another way of evaluation. I just used the described method to explain the findings of the evaluation of a particular company.

The goal of the following thesis is a comprehensive financial analysis of a coal mining company OKD, a. s. during the period 2006 -- 2010 based on publicly available information. In the introductory part of the thesis the analyzed company will be presented, its activities and further details. The theoretical part will provide us with closer explanation what it is financial analysis used for, its importance for users. It will also include an overview of the financial indicators used in the thesis and their methods of use. To such indicators and methods belong horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and creditworthy models, EVA, and more. The main objective of this work will be a comprehensive assessment of the financial situation of the analyzed company based on the application of the financial indicators, methods and interpretation of the achieved results. In the final part of the work I will evaluate the overall explanatory power of financial indicators during the period.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the realization of the global financial analysis of KK TECHNOING co., Ltd. over the years 2006--2010 with an accent on quantification and evaluation of economic benefits, generated by the company to its owner. In the theoretical part of the thesis all of the methodological processes that are applied in the analytical part, are introduced. This analytical part represents the core of the financial analysis starting with horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements. This part is followed by a group of ratios containing profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and leverage ratios. In the second half of the analytical part the Du Pont analysis and the economic value added are covered. At the very end, the creditworthy and bankruptcy models, which will evaluate financial situation of the company and predict her future development, are also introduced. The final pages of this bachelor thesis include all of the discovered information and the total summary.

In a practical part are these methods applied to the corporation Robert Bosch, spol. s r.o. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse a financial health of the company mentioned above between years 2005 and 2010, compare it with the sector and from the available data perform a forecast of the development in the year 2011. The conclusion contents a summary and a short evaluation of the financial situation of the company.

The theoretical part explains the instruments of financial analysis, the process of their evaluation and their informative value. The practical part of financial analysis begins by introducing the company and company's product range. It contains horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and leverage, and calculation of EVA. The end of practical part compares the company with the industry and evaluate the financial analysis of the company for the years 2006 to 2010.

Goal of my thesis is to find out and assess financial process and progression of the company and its position on the market by application of the most used methods of financial analysis. Balance rules, analysis of ratio indicators, bankruptcy models and EVA indicator will be applied for the assessment of the situation. In the methodical part, methodology of application of these tools will be described, and subsequently in the practical part, their application on solving of specific situation will follow. Financial situation of the company will be observed in the range of five years, 2006 - 2010.
