Forced dissolution of commercial corporation in Czech law
Řeháková, Michaela ; Tomášek, Petr (referee)
Forced dissolution of commercial corporation in Czech law Abstract The dissolution of a commercial corporation is the first of several stages leading to the cessation of existence of the corporation. At the moment of dissolution a commercial corporation typically enters the phase of liquidation, the purpose of which is to settle the assets and liabilities of this person in the legal sense. The higher purpose of liquidation is the moment of the demise. However, the liquidation does not necessarily have to occur, e.g. in the case of a transformation or in the case of a punitive cancellation of a so-called inactive corporation. A commercial corporation can be dissolved by the decision of its members or its highest body, ex lege or by court order. The dissolution by a court decision represents one of the most serious interference with the rights of the dissolved corporation and also third parties, therefore it must be approached with restraint. This also results from the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and of the European Court of Human Rights. The legal regulation corresponds to the lack of basic defining features of commercial corporations, the most important features being affectio societatis, the purpose of existence and the object of activity in connection with the existence of the property, the...

Novosád Kluknavská, Júlia ; Kožušník, Martin (referee) ; Klas, Roman (advisor)
Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou priemyselného miešania a jeho CFD simuláciou. Práca kvalitatívne pokrýva teoretické pozadie miešacích procesov, t.j. dáva všeobecný prehľad o priemyselných miešačoch a ich využití, predstavuje konkrétne typy miešacích vrtulí a poskytuje základné odporúčania pre zostavenie miešacej aparatúry. To isté bolo nasimulované pomocou CFD. Konečné porovnanie CFD simulácie a experimentu preukázalo zhodu tvaru hladiny a jej hĺbky.
Optimizing of Polymer Surface Treatment for Microscopic Examination
Horská, Pavlína ; Poláček, Petr (referee) ; Bálková, Radka (advisor)
Supramolecular structure of eight commercial types of iPP, its blends with poly(L-lactide) (PP-PLLA) and copolymers with ethylene-propylene rubber (PP-EPR) together with four types of polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE) was uncovered and observed in this work. The spherulitic structure of iPP and PE homopolymers and PP copolymers was uncovered by etching of six different solutions of mineral acids with KMnO4 and by dissolution in four selected solvents. The latter was found to be ineffective. The structure of PP-PLLA blends was uncovered only after recrystallization (the change of structure by annealing and cooling rate). The uncovered crystalline structure was observed directly by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) and SEM. Crystallinity together with a size distribution of crystallites was determined by DSC. It was proved that spherulitic supramolecular structure was easy to uncover by chemical etching only for molded samples and for fracture surfaces of injected samples. The efficiency of etchants varied but, generally, the samples with high degree of crystallinity were etched earlier. The etchants containing nitric acid and high content of sulphuric acid uncovered fine details of shperulites with respect to mixtures containing orthophosporic acid. It was also observed that not only the etchant (especially with nitric acid) itself but also its vapors were effective. The structure was revealed later but the appearance was plastic (3D) and the structure was very fine. The supramolecular structure of PP-PLLA blends differed with amount of each component. The ethylene-rubber phase came forth with increasing time of etching while PP spherulites disappeared in PP-EPR samples. CLSM was shown to be very good tool for observing supramolecular structure of studied samples with respect to SEM, which was proved to be entirely unsuitable for polyolefines. DSC is recommended to be performe before uncovering supramolecular structure for basic information about proportion of amorphous/crystalline phase and size of crystallites.

Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: Dr. Ondrej Holas, Ph.D. Consultant: prof. Anette Müllertz, Ph.D. Student: Fatemeh Kheirabadi Title of thesis: Effects of Proteins on Apparent Drug solubility in Fasted State Stimulated Colonic Fluids This thesis investigates the influence of proteins on the apparent solubility of drugs in fasted state stimulated colonic fluids. The investigation was conducted on a selection of compounds with varying physicochemical and plasma protein binding properties. Precisely, three different compounds named as Nilotinib, Carvedilol and Ritonavir were analyzed for their apparent solubility in three distinct protein sources: bovine serum albumin, mucin from dehydrated porcine gastric mucin type II, and collected porcine intestinal mucus. Accurate reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was developed and employed as the analytical method to determine the concentration of the apparent drug solubility of the investigated compounds. The research on the solubility of poorly soluble compounds in simulated colonic fluids has been restricted. Additionally, factors such as the impact of proteins remains unexplored in biorelevant media, which could be critical for enhancing our understanding of drug...
Cartoon humor in Dikobraz magazine from Velvet revolution to the Czechoslovakia dissolution
Pour, Petr ; Bednařík, Petr (advisor) ; Köpplová, Barbara (referee)
The purpose of the work is to analyze cartoon humor on the pages of the humorous and satirical magazine Dikobraz between November 1989 and December 1992. This period was a significant change in the political system for Czechoslovakia. The communist totalitarian regime was replaced by a democratic establishment. At the end of this period, there was a division into independent Czech and Slovak republics. For the purposes of the work, the professional literature devoted to the observed period, especially in the political sphere, was studied. Furthermore, 162 issues of the magazine Dikobraz were studied, or Nový Dikobraz. In the practical part, selected political and social events and their depiction with the help of cartoon humor are presented.

Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: Consultants: Assoc. Prof. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Mgr. Jana Brokešová, Mgr. Daniel Pěček Student: Miroslav Ouzký Title of Thesis: Study of excipientsʼ influence on the drug dissolution from tablets The aim of this work was to study the influence of excipients on the dissolution of the high-dose active substance from tablets. The tablets were compressed from the granules prepared by wet-granulation method. 11 batches of tablets which contained two different fillers: either lactose or microcrystalline cellulose, respectively; and extragranularly added disintegrant: either croscarmellose or crospovidone, respectively, in three concentration levels of 2 %, 3,7 % or 5,4 % were prepared. Tablets were packed into aluminium/PVC blisters. The paddle dissolution test was used to determine the release of the active substance into phospate buffer pH 7,2 at the time of preparation (time 0) and at the time points 1.5, 3 and 6 months of stability assay at 40 řC and 75 % relative air humidity. The results show that the drug release from tablets containing microcrystalline celulose was generally faster than from those containing lactose. The same was true for tablets to which croscarmellose was...

Study of influence of hydrophilic carriers on the solubility of a poorly soluble drug
Veselá, Eliška ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (advisor) ; Vraníková, Barbora (referee)
Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of: Department of Pharmaceutical Technology Supervisor: Doc. PharmDr. Zdeňka Šklubalová, Ph.D. Consultant: Mgr. Jana Brokešová Student: Eliška Veselá Title of Thesis: Study of influence of hydrophilic carriers on the solubility of a poorly soluble drug The aim of this thesis was to enhance the solubility of a poorly soluble model drug meloxicam (MLX) by preparing binary interactive mixtures with hydrophilic carriers by simple mixing and co-milling. The mixtures were characterized for granulometric properties. The dissolution studies were carried out using the USP-4 apparatus assembled with a flow-through powder cell in an open-loop system. The dissolution rate rrel (min-1 ) and the amount of released drug mrel (%) were evaluated. The observable positive effect of carriers was registerred in terms of increasing the dissolution rate and the amount of released drug for both mixed and co-milled mixtures comparing to the raw drug. Mixtures with hypromellose were the exception; the improvement of the monitored parameters was not detected.
Analysis of generational differences in public opinion on the disintegration of Czechoslovakia
Kukačka, Jakub ; Klípa, Ondřej (advisor) ; Kocián, Jiří (referee)
In this thesis named "Analysis of generational differences in public opinion on the disintegration of Czechoslovakia", I am focusing on documenting the moods of the Czech citizenry in the period from 1990s to present day. The main force behind the dissolution were the political elites of both successor states which acted without consulting the citizens of both republics who were mostly supporting the proponents of the continued existence of the federation, according to public surveys of that time. However, since the dissolution of the shared state, the public's attitude has significantly changed and major role in these changes plays generational composition of a given society. In the 30 years, since the dissolution, new generations have established themselves. Therefore, it is more than appropriate to compare these moods and their changes and try to identify the causes behind them. The result of this work should be a basic historical overview of the final stages of the CSFR, a mapping of the development of the public opinion on this event, a comparison of that development and identification of possible generational trends.
