Traffic Project - Lipůvka, Road I/43
Londin, Filip ; Pavlíček, Jan (referee) ; Holcner, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor Thesis is looking into a solution to traffic situation on the road I/43 Lipuvka. It aims to analyse the current position and to look for new possibilities to increase the capacity and improve the situation. The places of research are mainly crossroads I/43 Blansko, I/43 Drásov. This Thesis is also trying to assess and describe the benefits and costs of possible solutions.
Analysis of traffic lanes joining processes
Mikolášek, Igor ; Všetečka, Martin (referee) ; Holcner, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this paper is to analyse the behaviour of the traffic flow at an area of merging traffic lanes where an application of the zip rule is expected, accoding to the law no. 361/2000 Sb. “o provozu na pozemních komunikacích”. Žabovřeská street, part of the VMO Brno, in the direction from Královopolské tunely to Hlinky interchange was chosen for observation and measuring. Observation, first-hand measurement, radars, and other available means were used for data collection. On the basis of data analysis, several suggestions for improvements are made. These are aimed at increasing the bottleneck capacity. One of the suggestions is tested in a simulation program Aimsun.
Increase transportation capacity of bottleneck caused by traffic restriction
Matuszková, Radka ; Ščerba, Marek (referee) ; Apeltauer, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the behaviour of traffic stream at work zones. It focuses primarily on alternating arranging just before funnelling of the traffic and creation of congestions. The study of parameters defined in the Aimsun program, that examines their effect on alternating arranging in micro-simulation, is a part of the thesis. The right setting of values is verified on traffic model formulated on the basis of video recording. The work aims to minimize effects of necessary repairs and reconstructions of roads by the telematic applications which dynamically affect the traffic stream by changing the maximum speed.
Psychological stress of selected group of nurses at work
Setničková, Monika ; Jirkovský, Daniel (advisor) ; Haluzíková, Jana (referee)
Bachelor work focuses on the perception of mental stress of nurses working at the standard ward on the Internal and Surgical cloníc of 2nd Fakulty of Medicine Charles University, and 3rd Surgial Clinict of 1.LF. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the definition of occupational nurses and the role for which it stands. The next section describes the definition of the concepts of mental stress and related types of stress, course and symptoms of stress, stress management and prevention. Are described somatic and psychological problems caused by chronic stress. After that there conclude in the theoretical part, there is burnout, which is the worst result in long-term effects of stress on the nurse. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of a survey carried out by nurses at mentionet clinics in FN Motol. The questionnaire survey was conducted using a standardized questionnaire Meister, which determines the perception of mental stress. The aim of this thesis was to bring the findings of the questionnaire survey and propose improvements in this field. In addition to group and individual diagnosis of mental stress assessment and subjective perception of mental stress of a selected group of nurses. The aim was to present the results of a survey using primary and statistical...

Psychological stress of selected group of nurses at work
Bayarmagnai, Uyanga ; Jirkovský, Daniel (advisor) ; Dorková, Zlatica (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focusing on perception psychic difficulties of nurses working at two surgical clinics which are Motol University Hospital and Královské Vinohrady University Hospital. The theoretical part of this thesis shall describe theoretical knowledge connected with solving problems and working difficulties of nurses. The emphasis is on psychic work difficulties and their subjective perceptions. In the empirical part there are introducing results from my own research, which has been done by Meister's survey format in January 2019. For compelling this survey participated 96 respondents. Purpose of this thesis is to get overview rate of subjective perception working difficulties of nurses. By the survey i found out that respondents responded that they have negative feelings about work difficulties connected with time press. From the results of factor analysis it turned out that respondents have not crossed line in relations of population norms for women's. That is the reason why it does not effect monotony and non specifically factors. During individual diagnosis been found that most of the respondents, which are 69,79 % (n=67), have ever experienced proportional psychic pressure. 30,21 % (n=29) respondents have experienced favorable pressure and none of them experienced unfavourable...
Network Performance Optimization
Grenar, David
It is necessary to monitor the usage of network resources within the network, and provide the solution in order to avoid network congestion problems. Based on it, a real-time network traffic analysis followed and optimization of the performance benefits. Paper will implement solution of congestion problems with packets, which are processed in RouterOS. This method will combine with mangle, firewall rules, so that we can manage the internet connection to our network ideally, and prioritize the connection packet that we want to get priority in size as we need.

Influence of renewable energy sources on transmission networks in Central Europe
Málek, Jan ; Janda, Karel (advisor) ; Zeynalov, Ayaz (referee)
This thesis focuses on the influence of renewable energy sources on the transmission networks in Central Europe. Firstly, it gives an overview of the power and transmission systems of Central European states. Based on the analysis, three key causes of congestion and instability of the grid are identified. These include (i) insufficient transmission capacity between northern and southern Germany, (ii) Energiewende policy and (iii) existence of German-Austrian bidding zone. To assess the exact impact on the transmission grid, ELMOD model is employed. Two development scenarios for the year 2025 are evaluated on the basis of four representative weeks of the year 2015. The first scenario focuses on the effect of Energiewende on the transmission networks, the second one drops out nuclear phase-out and thus assesses isolated effect of increased solar and wind feed-in. The results indicate that higher feed-in of solar and wind power increases the exchange balance and total transport of electricity between TSO areas as well as the average load of lines and volatility of flows. Solar power is identified as a key contributor to the volatility increase, wind power is identified as a key loop-flow contributor. Eventually, it is concluded that German nuclear phase-out does not significantly exacerbate mentioned problems.
