Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na percepci psychické pracovní zátěže sester pracujících u lůžka na standardním oddělení Interní kliniky UK 2.LF a FN Motol, Chirurgické kliniky UK 2.LF a FN Motol a na III. chirurgické kliniky UK 1.LF a FN Motol. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na definici povolání všeobecné sestry a na role, které zastává. Další oddíl popisuje definici pojmů psychická zátěž a stres a s tím související druhy zátěže, příznaky a průběh stresu, zvládání a předcházení stresu. Následně jsou popsány somatické a psychické potíže způsobené chronickým stresem. Na závěr teoretické části je uveden syndrom vyhoření, který představuje nejhorší následek dlouhodobého působení stresu na zdravotní sestru. Empirická část bakalářské práce prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného u zdravotních sester na již zmíněných klinikách ve FN Motol. Dotazníkové šetření bylo provedeno za pomoci standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku, který zjišťuje percepci psychické pracovní zátěže. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo přinést poznatky z provedeného dotazníkového šetření a navrhnout zlepšení dané problematiky. Dále provést skupinovou a individuální diagnostiku psychické pracovní zátěže a vyhodnocení subjektivního vnímání psychické pracovní zátěže vybrané skupiny všeobecných sester. Cílem bylo... Bachelor work focuses on the perception of mental stress of nurses working at the standard ward on the Internal and Surgical cloníc of 2nd Fakulty of Medicine Charles University, and 3rd Surgial Clinict of 1.LF. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the definition of occupational nurses and the role for which it stands. The next section describes the definition of the concepts of mental stress and related types of stress, course and symptoms of stress, stress management and prevention. Are described somatic and psychological problems caused by chronic stress. After that there conclude in the theoretical part, there is burnout, which is the worst result in long-term effects of stress on the nurse. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of a survey carried out by nurses at mentionet clinics in FN Motol. The questionnaire survey was conducted using a standardized questionnaire Meister, which determines the perception of mental stress. The aim of this thesis was to bring the findings of the questionnaire survey and propose improvements in this field.
