Im Che's Wonsäng mongjurok and Korean Dream tales

The aim of this thesis is to introduce and analyze not well known literary genre of mongyurok. Literary genre of mongyurok firs appeared in late 15. century on Korean peninsula. This diploma thesis is also focused on analysis of korean scholar Im Che's work called Wǒnsaeng mongyurok. For the purpose of this thesis, there is a typology of the genre mentioned above, created on the basis of seven different works of the genre, described in the first chapter. This typology was used for better analysis of the Wǒnsaeng mongyurok and for comparison of genres of mongyurok and mongjaryu sosǒl.
Erotic in Chinese Art

My bachelor thesis's topic is depicting of erotica in Chinese visual art during the reign of Chinese last two dynasties. More space is rather dedicated to Ming dynasty (1368 - 1644) in which mentioned erotic paintings and erotic literature originated. Thesis firstly introduces the topic and explains used terms, it means erotica and pornography. Thesis then describes prim confucian and opposite open taoist attitudes to erotica and sexuality because these two views are important as a background for my thesis. It also mentions taoist sexual manuals that could serve as models to Ming erotic albums. Thesis next presents erotica in Chinese visual art and society where this art arised. It describes Ming erotic paintings and prints, their purpose and main themes. It describes them also as Ming erotic literary works' illustrations. Finally it shows erotic paintings were popular not only in China at that time, but also in Japan and Korea. Thesis includes addendum with paintings.
Vietnamese immigrants at Czech Republic - 2nd generation

Second and one-and-half generation of the Vietnamese migrants is a very specific part of the Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. There are several differences between the second and the first generation, i.e. between young Vietnamese and their parents. However, they are similar in many ways. The aim of this master thesis is to discuss the situation of the second and the one-and-half generation of the Vietnamese migrants in the Czech Republic and to show some of the differences between the young generation and the generation of their parents. This work also tries to check some of the well-known claims about the young Vietnamese in the Czech Republic. The work consists of two main parts. The first part is theoretical and it is based on the literature and other scientific resources. It deals with the history of Vietnamese coming to the Czech Republic. It explains how the second generation finds itself in the Czech Republic. There were several waves of the migration and each of them is different in many ways. The work also includes the chapter about the influence on the Confucianism on the Vietnamese education. The influence of the Confucianism on the Vietnamese society can be seen until these days. 1 Michal Vázal: The Confucian Ideal of Harmonious Community according to the Norms of the Wu Lineage from Mingzhou Abstract Abstract: This paper aims to characterize the structure and values produced by rituals in a kinship community, and how these characteristics subsequently helped to shape a harmoniously working community and its ideological relationship with the state in terms of local governance. The rituals in question are partially confined in time and place, as they are observed on one particular community, and are examined only in the extent of the primary source named "The Norms and Rituals of the Wu Lineage of Mingzhou" (Mingzhou Wu Shi Jiadian) - a ritual manual authored mainly by Wu Di (died 1736) from the village of Mingzhou, which belonged to the Huizhou prefecture (the south of the present day Anhui province). On the other hand, this text is largely based on Zhu Xi's "Family Rituals" (Jiali) which were viewed across the country as the ritual standard. The most essential rituals used to govern the lineage were coming of age ritual, wedding rituals, funeral rituals and sacrifices to ancestors. Family ritual manuals were lithurgical texts whose aim was proliferation of Confucian doctrine into the daily life of Vietnamnese population. This thesis describes the environment and circumstances under which the individual manuals originated and developed, and subsequently the nature of the Vietnamese manuals themselves. The following part of the thesis analyses funeral rituals in the most common family rituals manual in Vietnam, Thọ mai gia lễ. The aim is to compare the Vietnamese text with the best known model for manuals devoted to family rituals - the Family Rituals Manual by Neoconfucian philospher Zhu Xiho, and to expose and interpret the identified differences.

This master thesis focuses on the impact of Chinese culture on marketing strategies of selected companies in China. According to statistics, a large number of subjects coming to China and aiming to conduct business here faces failure and is forced to leave this market subsequently. Considering significant differences between the western and the Chinese culture, we have to think of the question if this failure is a consequence of these subjects not being able to understand the Chinese culture and the way it affects consumers in China. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the influence and importance of the Chinese culture on marketing applied to Chinese market, including concrete description of how can the Chinese culture affect the work of marketers in China.
The role of Chinese diplomacy in contemporary international relations

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize Chinese diplomacy and its position in the area of International relations. Chosen theoretical basis from the area of diplomatic studies and the area of cultural analysis correspond with the main goal of the thesis. The paper is thematically divided into three chapters, where the first one is focused on the definition of theoretical basis from the area of cultural studies and on the analysis of Chinese foreign policy, the method of literary research and analysis is used here. In the second chapter, the value orientation and paradigmatic principles of Chinese society is specified. The third chapter comprises of the synthesis and of a case study that verifies its conclusion.

Globalization in Southeast Asia and its influence on behavior and attitudes

In this work I try to "solve" the concept of globalization. Familiarize ourselves with key actors in the globalization process and look at the two faces of globalization. The last chapter "Vietnam Today" closes the theoretical part. In practical chapter on the basis of surveys conducted electronic and paper questionnaires to investigate to what extent the problems outlined in the theoretical part reflected in modern humans. The main objective of this work is to examine and evaluate real ongoing globalization in Southeast Asia and its influence on behavior and attitudes of people living in this area, specifically involved in Vietnam.
