The subject of this thesis is a detailed analysis of a chosen fitness center by means of chosen methods. It is divided into several parts.We are gradually going from the description of each method of analysis of the external and internal environment, through the allocation of problems and defaults determined by the application of these methods on the business subject, to the references that are representing the most effective and the most realistic options of solutions of problems of the given organization.

The thesis deals with proposals for measures to strengthen the competitiveness of small business in the Olomouc region, which main purpose is the sale of haberdashery goods. The suggestions for improvement of this business focus on the development of relationships with customers and on the expansion of activities that will lead to increased business awareness and attracting new customers. On the basis of conducted analyses the thesis specifies the recourses defining the future direction of the business. These recourses include vision of the business, mission, corresponding strategic objectives and specific steps to strengthen competitiveness. The basic principle used in the drafting of proposals is the development of customer value.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of business plan to establish real business. Specifically, it is the realization of a wedding agency in southern Bohemia. All parts of business plan are elaborated in details. Thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first, theoretical part of the the-sis deals with the characteristics of basic terms related to the business plan, analysis of its indi-vidual steps and the possibilities of its financing. The second practical part deals with the de-scription of a specific business plan and the elaboration of an organizational and financial plan. The part describes the appraisal of the compilation of a specific business and financial plan, whether the plan is workable, effective and able to complete.

The Aim of this bachelors thesis is to compile an competition analysis of the firm iStyle, s.r.o. And to suggest recommendations to improve competitiveness and position on the market for the future development of the firm. The thesis is divides in two parts which are theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains demarcation of basic concepts and methods related to compiling the analysis of competition. The practical part contains the introduction of the analysed firm, analysis of the external with help of Pest analysis and Porters modul of 5 forces and analysis of internal environment. Penultimate chapter belongs to Swot analysis, where I summarize all the analysis. The last chapter belongs to proposals and recommendations based on compiled analysis.
