Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracovat analýzu konkurence společnosti iStyle CZ, s. r. o. Na základě toho navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti a postavení na trhu pro další vývoj společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretickou část obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů a metody týkající se zpracování analýzy konkurence. Obsahem praktické části je představení analyzované společnosti, analýzu vnějšího prostředí pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu 5ti sil, analýzu vnitřního prostředí. Předposlední kapitol je SWOT analýza, kde shrnu veškeré provedené analýzy a poslední kapitolou jsou návrhy a doporučení na základě provedených analýz. The Aim of this bachelors thesis is to compile an competition analysis of the firm iStyle, s.r.o. And to suggest recommendations to improve competitiveness and position on the market for the future development of the firm. The thesis is divides in two parts which are theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains demarcation of basic concepts and methods related to compiling the analysis of competition. The practical part contains the introduction of the analysed firm, analysis of the external with help of Pest analysis and Porters modul of 5 forces and analysis of internal environment. Penultimate chapter belongs to Swot analysis, where I summarize all the analysis. The last chapter belongs to proposals and recommendations based on compiled analysis.
