Management of Talent Development

The subject of this text is the management of talent development. The aim of a dissertation was to identify what skills abilities are supposed from Talents in organizations what is suitable to develop in trainings by talents what method of development is most effective for talents and what we should consider hen we set up talent management in organization. The history of talent management manners and current interpretation of keywords are analysed in theoretical part. The hypotheses were set up to current problems and were verified by standard manners in organizations and at the university. The hypotheses have passed successful only for typical circumstances where the talents usually are. The most important knowledge are two new trends in talent management. The first is business coaching like combined method of development for talents is most effective manner of talent development. The second knowledge says that talent management set up of talent management depends on level of systematic work in organization.
Digital safety competences of students of teaching

For research and mapping of rules and standarts in IT security and summary od theoretical part of this work, I will use publications which are covering different part sof IT security and i will also consult a experts in this field. For mapping current status among the students, will be used a wide questionary survey, which will not be conducted electronicly, but will be distributed personally, to ensure that collected datas are relavant and gathered from trustworthy sources. Centerpoint of my research will be attitude of students towards those rules, and their abidance of those rules and also the ability, to pass those knowledge on the other peoples and especially to other students. The theoretical part of my work, will serve as background for more collected datas and to confront results of questionary survey and better understanding of possible consequences resulting from ignoring or obeying those rules by students of pedagogical sciences. My work will be focused on area of IT security, which are graduates most possible to encounter, during thein work. Furthermore, i will focus on practical impacts of familiarity or ignorance of those rules and baselines which are described above, in the theoretical part, or mentioned in the questionary, on the ability to carry out pedagogical related occupations. Certain part of my work will be dedicated to social networks, its usage, possible and impacts the they can have on teacher, hist ability to pass knowlidge, his autority among the students and quality of education process. From collected and summarized datas will be uncovered current status of IT security awareness and will be created work, that could be used to improve the metodology, and content of information technology studies on universities and high schools, mostly on gymnaziums.

Implementation of the business competency model

The thesis focuses on the implementation of the Business Competency Model in the retail chain, whose sole owner is the German parent company. In the theoretical part are - based on literature research - defined the basic concepts needed for further understanding of the thesis. The practical part first explains the cultural differences between Czechs and Germans, later the findings are used to design a competency model for the Czech Republic. The methods of semi structured interviews and pilot certification are used. In the chapters 5 and 6 are described the steps of the original German model, which is later adapted to conditions in the Czech Republic. Definitions of risk that may arise during the phases of the project and possible ways for their elimination are also considered. The thesis concludes with recommendations for the use of models in the future.

Final this work defines phenomenons, which affects authority of the teacher and authority of leisure-time educator, with short comparison.
Team work and its evaluation on the example of software testing

This diploma thesis focuses on team work during a process of software testing and is divided in three main parts. The first part of this thesis presents main issues, goals and philosophy of software testing. This part is also aimed at core competency of software tester. The second part is aimed at definition of team, teamwork and its advantages and disadvantages. There are discussed ways how it can be measured and evaluated. The third part contains an analysis of real software development project. Significant barriers of team efficiency related to team communication and information flows within and between teams are identified and discussed. Finally there are shown some ways how they can be faced.
Analysis of the training process in the international business

The thesis examines the issue of training and development from a theoretical point of view, then from a practical point of view in two selected international companies (operating in the fields of banking and logistics). The thesis also discusses a problems of European structural funds, especially the request for education projects of an Operational program of the CR "Lidske zdroje a zamestnanost". The theoretical part describes the phases of the educational process: the identification of training needs, education planning, implementation phase and is greatly accentuated phase measurement and monitoring of the effectiveness of training. This work examines new trends in education and development of employees in 2010. The practical part of the bank monitors and evaluates the process of systematic training and use of competency models, practical part in the logistics proposes educational activities under conditions of low input costs - notably through training internal trainers.

Aplication of multicriteria evaluation of alternatives in recruitment process

The thesis describes the application of several methods of multicriterial evaluation of alternatives (MEoA) in various phases of the recruitment process for the position Corporate Account Manager in Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, a.s. In the first round, the group of all enrolled candidates is reduced using aspiration levels. In the second round, this narrowed down group goes through the Assessment Centre. Using other methods of MEoA, the most suitable candidate for the position is chosen.
