This thesis focuses on designing a solution to streamline operations at Amigos Barbershop in Brno. The analysis of the current state of the business identified key issues, such as an inefficient booking system, a weak online presence, and a lack of a centralized CRM. Based on the analysis results, the thesis proposes implementing a CRM system on the Tilda platform, which offers integrated tools for online booking, customer management, marketing, and data analysis. The thesis describes in detail the functionality of the system and its benefits for improving processes in the barbershop. The thesis includes an economic evaluation of the project, which demonstrates a high return on investment in the CRM system.

The analytical part includes a detailed description of the company and a thorough analysis of the order management process in relation to the information system. The design section focuses on a specific proposal for a new information system, including process changes, aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs. The evaluation encompasses an analysis of process reduction without added value due to the new system, time savings for employees, and financial assessment based on expected time savings. Implementation of the proposed system is expected to enhance performance and competitive advantage.

Next, the current state of the company will be analyzed, including its needs and requirements for an information system. The subsequent part will include the design of a suitable information system for the company. After that, the method of implementation of the solution will be described. In the last part, an evaluation will be made from an economic point of view.

Application for Communication between Volunteers and Seniors

The Moudrá Síť app provides a platform for seniors and volunteer assistants to communicate and help seniors solve digital technology problems. The main goal of this project is to educate seniors and to increase their digital literacy. This thesis focuses also on technologies for web application development, the use of CRM systems for database development, Vercel web hosting, and web accessibility. Next, the basic principles and technologies for creating chatbots are presented. The result of the thesis is a functional web application already tested by seniors as well as a comparison of two chatbot solutions based on the GPT model and the Dialogflow platform using its knowledge base.

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the MES solution for the Industry 4.0 demonstrator. Research of available open-source systems is conducted and, based on the requirements for the system, one solution is selected, modified for the demonstrator's needs and integrated into its system.

The concern of this thesis is to evaluate the currently used information system in the company and to define its imperfections. Further it recommends certain measures that should be implemented as soon as possible to eliminate the imperfections, with respect to the financial demands.
