It is leaseable object that is located in the Brno Technology Park and consists of three parts. Administration, laboratories and production halls. The concept is a modular system in a raster 6x6x6 m, functional space structure, which is filled with the above-mentioned functions. The building is visually and functionally divided into two parts. The front part of the object consists of a module that it is divided into two storeys and thus form a rectangular grid, dimensionally more human scale. It is filled with administration and laboratories. The second part is the actual production halls left in the original cubic module.

The diploma thesis deals with design of the polyfunctional center and the whole complex for the Brno University of Technology, which would serve for its representation. The land is in Brno on Kraví hora and its location has huge potential. However, the area is not used by the university, so the existing buildings are in poor condition. Therefore, the aim of the proposal is to find a suitable use of the land that would meet the university's requirements together with the city's intentions.
Production of branded clothing in Brno
Pavlas, Antonín ; Obrtlík,, Jan (referee) ; Májek, Jan (advisor) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis aimed to create the necessary levels of project documentation – Documentation for building permission and Documentation for construction. The content of the project is a new construction of the production of branded clothing in Brno by the company Glami, which will serve primarily as the production and export of finished pieces ready for sale. The building is located in Brno-Bohunice district between Kamenice, Kejbaly and Vinohrady streets and the plat is listed as one of the Brno brownfields under number 0101. The solution should také into account changes to the Urban Plan of the City of Brno in 2021 and the surrounding buildings. One of the first goals was for the construction to complement and complete the surrounding road structure. The basic masses were situated so as to respect the road lines and thus match the surrounding roads. The building is divided into three masses separated by their functions, but interconnected for easy operation. The aim was to create a functioning building with optically separated but interconnected operations.
Industrial bakery Herold Brno
Veit, Jakub ; Suchánek,, Petr (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to create various stages of project dokumentation–The Dokumentation for building permission and The Dokumentation for construction and The Study of the subject AG35. Project involes a new building of The Industrial bakery Herold in the district Horni Herspice, on the land p. No. 1112 in the cadastral area of Brno. The bakery Herold has a headquarters in Slavkov u Brna and building of new object will ensure an expansion of the company's production, larger sales area and approach the area of the most extensive sales. This is a design of an industrial object, which is divided into 4 cubic mass. Main buildings consist of a production hall with stores and an expedition and the related administrative part. Two smaller objects are connected to the expedition part. There are hinterland, stores for a carrier box and a company store. The structural system of the administrative part consists of a modular system 6x6 m, 6x12 m or 6x24 m. The project also covers the surrounding area, especially the front space of the production hall, and a connection to the public infrastructure. The principle of the design is to place the object that way to ensure an economy of a construction, logic and a continuity of an internal road, to minimize an asphalt surface in the area and in front of the building and a suitable orientation to cardinal points. Because of near housing development there is the public space with trees in front the object. This space covers the building and makes visual and noise barrier. The entire area road is behind the object on the southern side. The building uses a mildly sloping land. The expedition part is 1,100 m above neighboring ground and it is good for loading baked goods into the car. The purpose of this project is to create compact and functional building with interconnected rooms with a dry shod. A continuity of the production process was one of the most important elements in designing this building.
Apartment resort Velké Karlovice
Klement, Tomáš ; Klimecký, Martin (referee) ; Gerö, Jiří (advisor) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The content of the bachelor's thesis corresponds to the stages of project documentation for building permits and documentation for construction The aim of the project was to propose the reconstruction of three existing buildings and an increase in the existing accommodation and parking capacities of the complex. Furthermore, the implementation of landscaping and overall improvement of the facilities of the area. The existing buildings are buildings A and B, which stand together and building C stands alone. These three buildings together contain 12 apartments. This number is maintained, but an adjustment is made to apartments corresponding to the 3 + kk standard. New buildings D and E are added to these buildings, forming the shape of the letter U with the existing buildings and creating a semi-enclosed courtyard between them. Object D serves as an entrance hall with reception. In building E, there is a swimming pool and a sauna center on the first floor. On the second and third floors there are six apartments (4 * 3 + kk, 2 * 2 + kk). There were also separate apartments on the plot under the designation F. There are a total of six buildings F and there is a separate apartment in each. These are two-storey buildings with two bedrooms on the second floor.
Production buildings VW Autocenter
Král, David ; Žák, Libor (referee) ; Boleslavská, Yvona (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to create various stages of the project documentation – The Documentation for building permission and The Documentation for construction and The Study of the subject AG35. The project involves a new VW Group Autocentre which will be used for sale, warranty and post-warranty repairs and servicing Škoda, Seat, Volkswagen and Audi. The building will be located in the city of Brno on the land between Cejl and Jan Svoboda’s street, which is headed by the Brno City Hall in the brownfields map under the number 3402. It is an area of 1.1 ha, which is intended for mixed areas by Spatial Plan. The solution should take into account the surrounding area and the neighbouring Svitava river. The building is located so it would complete the street from the urban point of view, so the base mass is connected to the existing building and the edges correspond to the street lines. It is taken into account the neighbourhood of the Svitava riverbank, where will be located suitable greenery. The area will make a good impression and, moreover, the embankment of the Svitava river will get a new and better look. The design of the whole object is based on two main parts. The first part is to attract as many customers as possible, thus placing the longitudinal mass copying the street line, where the cars will be displayed. This brings us to the second part, and that is the connection of matter and the addition of matter to the existing building, so that the streets act intact. From this base come out the longitudinal exhibition hall, which opens its advertising possibilities to the street, to which the mass of service is connected. The purpose of this project is to create compact and well-functioning building with operations which are interconnected. A continuity of the individual parts of the service and the showroom was one of the most important elements in designing this building.
Development of Server Application in Swift Programming Language
Střálka, Martin ; Šeda, Pavel (referee) ; Hošek, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with possibilities of using the developer language Swift in server applications. Describes the advantages and disadvantages of Swift versus other languages, especially Obj-C, which is the predecessor of Swift and Java, a direct competitor of Swift. It also describes the differences between frameworks used for web applications. Swift language selection is implemented as a simple application for REST database communication based on an existing application. The solution will be able to search and display search results in the database.

Analysis of model operation of multi-degree-of-freedom energy harvester
Witassek, Tomáš ; Rubeš, Ondřej (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
The first part of this bachelor’s thesis is an overview of vibration energy harversters with multiple degrees of freedom. Several options of broadening the usefull frequency bandwidth thanks to multiple degrees of freedom are described in the overview. The following part is a model in Matlab & Simulink analyzing behaviour of a vibration-powered generator with a harmonic excitation and another one with a real excitation. The main focus is on the output electrical power and energy in relation to geometrical parameters and electromagnetic damping.
