Obsah bakalářské práce odpovídá stupňům projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení a Dokumentace pro provedení stavby Cílem projektu bylo navrhnout rekonstrukci tří stávajících objektů a navýšení stávajících ubytovací a parkovacích kapacit areálu. Dále provedení parkové úpravy a celkové zkvalitnění vybavenosti areálu. Stávající budovy jsou objekty A a B, které stojí společně a objekt C stojící samostatně. Tyto tři budovy dohromady obsahují 12 bytů. Tento počet je zachován, ale je provedena úprava na apartmány odpovídající standartu 3+kk. K těmto objektům jsou přistavěny novostavby objektů D a E, tvořící se stávajícími objekty tvar písmene U a vytváří, mezi nimi polo uzavřený vnitroblok. Objekt D slouží jako vstupní hala s recepcí. V objektu E se v prvním nadzemním podlaží nachází bazén a saunové centrum. V druhém a třetím nadzemním podlaží se nachází šest apartmánů (4 * 3+kk, 2* 2+kk). Na pozemku dále byly navrženy samostatné apartmánové objekty pod označením F. Objektů F je celkem šest a v každém se nachází samostatný apartmán. Jedná se o dvoupatrové budovy s dvěma ložnicemi v druhém nadzemním podlaží. On the second and third floors there are six apartments (4 * 3 + kk, 2 * 2 + kk). There were also separate apartments on the plot under the designation F. There are a total of six buildings F and there is a separate apartment in each. These are two-storey buildings with two bedrooms on the second floor.
