This diploma work focuses on the issue of valuation of a company and implementing the theoretical findings obtained through various methods into the specific situation of CS Expres joint-stock company which transports individual packages. The practical part of the work provides financial and strategical analysis of the company. The valuation of the company suggestion is carried out with the help of theoretical methods, but also by establishment of specific criteria which can be used to estimate the real price of the company.

The aim of this thesis is to explore the use of Mass Appraisal Methods in Czech republic. This diploma thesis specifies main use of those methods, next specifies who uses this methods and in which cases this methods are used. At first, there is description of appraisal methods used in Czech republic and abroad in this diploma thesis. On the basis of this knowledge utilizations of Mass Appraisal Methods are described. For illustration of Mass Appraisal Methods the appraisal of two sets of similar houses is performed for use of property taxes in context of legislation in Czech republic. Further advantages of appraisal systems are described, which use a Mass Appraisal Methods in praxes.
The System of Performance Appraisal and its Implementation to Practice

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of performance appraisal and its implementation to practice. A good performance appraisal system is one of the key requirements for effective human resources management. It provides its company with information about the employees performance, their work potential and development needs. A performance appraisal can be a tool of fair reward based on each employee's performance. However, all the above mentioned requires meeting one basic condition, i. e., conducting appraisals is a duty of all managers being fully supported by the company's HR department. This bachelor thesis provides information that could be used while implementing the performance appraisal system in any company. It deals with the relation between the performance appraisal and work performance management, with the appraisal objectives that determine the direction of the appraisal concept and performance appraisal criteria. It gives the overview of used and effective performance appraisal methods that are an integral part of each appraisal system. The first part of the diploma thesis defines the terms used in relation to real estate appraisal, description of the appraised localities, and description of the individual appraisal methods. The practical part of the diploma thesis provides a description and an appraisal of six family houses situated in various urban areas with different public facilities. It regards appraisal by the cost method, comparative method according to regulations and non-regulation comparative method. The aim of the thesis is to compare the impact of accessibility of services on the marketability of family houses in urban areas with different public facilities.

Appraisal system in organization

Bachelor thesis topic "Appraisal system in organization" is mainly focusing on a performance appraisal of employees in a particular company. A goal of the thesis is to suggest an optimal appraisal system of employees in chosen enterprise, which should help to increase employees' work performance. To reach this goal several aspects contribute - determining fundamental theoretical terms in a given problematic, followed by a detailed system analysis of appraisal in this company, and finally summarizing pros and cons giving further advices. The company Kermi, s.r.o. with approximately 750 employees was chosen and described in a practical part. In a conclusion, the thesis summarizes strengths and weaknesses regarding to the utilized performance appraisal system, providing proposals for adjustments and an optimization in the chosen company.
