This thesis deals with the issue of process optimization. Especially with two selected methods, Lean six sigma and TRIZ. Both of these methods are briefly described, especially we could find in this thesis chapters about history, options of usage, and description of selected tools for realization. The thesis also deals with the comparison between methods, including their advantages and disadvantages. The next part of the thesis is about process mapping of preparation before testing electrical devices in the UVEE department FEEC laboratory, which is part of BUT. Except process map, there is an analysis of each process, evaluation, and future possible optimization.

This master thesis deals with the processes of the order process in the selected company Alcadrain s.r.o., which operates on the market as a manufacturer of sanitary equipment. The master thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part defines the partial theoretical background within the chosen topic, the second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the selected company and last but not least the suggestions for improvement in the problematic segments are completely described.

The existence of an information strategy in a company helps to manage the information system and thereby positively affect the achievement of global strategic goals of the company and its overall market success. This thesis focuses on the creation of an information strategy in a company based on the Czech market, in the sector of small and medium-sized companies. The first part presents theoretical basis of the topic. The second part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the current condition of the company and its potential, which makes it possible in the third part, to identify appropriate amendments, which will be implemented within the enterprise information strategy. The proposed changes will be consistent with the overall strategy of the company and lead to better support of the future development of the company in the market.

This bachelor’s thesis solves problematic of optimization of business processes. Thesis is divided into the theoretical analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts of process management and benefits of process management for the business. Further are described methods, on the basis is possible to analyze and improve business processes. Selected methods are then applied in the practical part to optimize the current state of selected processes in Ortika Inc. On the base of analysis is in this thesis offered proposal of optimization selected processes targeting to raise efficiency of business processes. Proposal is subsequently evaluated by chosen criteria.
