Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na seznámení organizační strukturou TOS KUŘIM – OS, a.s., analýzu firemních procesů, konkrétně na SWOT analýzu, procesu zajištění subdodávek a následné vlastní návrhy na konkrétní výrobní procesy s podmínkami realizace navrhovaných změn. In this thesis we study the organizational structure of TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s. We attempt to analyze company procedures using SWOT analysis. We analyze the process of securing sub-deliveries. We suggest specific changes to the manufacturing processes and specify conditions under which the changes could be realized.
