Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland

This diploma thesis entitled "Design of Promotion Strategie in the Hospitality Industry - a Comparable Study for the Czech Republic and Ireland" addresses strategic practices in different countries and further applies them. The aim was to assess whether it is possible to apply the same advertising procedures as in Ireland at domestic country. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of a semi-structured interview with a Irish resident working in the hospitality industry and a questionnaire survey which took place in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion the are formulated specific steps inspired by Ireland which can be applied in the Czech Republic.

Analysis of the Selected Firm

This thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the selected company and its financial analysis. The thesis describes the methods of particular analysis, method of use and the usage of the analyses to a real business. Enterprise values are compared with theoretical knowledge. Essential parts of the thesis are the proposals and recommendations, which help remove or alleviate the weak points of the selected company.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

The topic of this thesis is to create a financial plan for a selected company, which is the company ZEMO, spol. s r.o. with its headquarters in Bohaté Málkovice, which is engaged in agricultural activities, especially plant production. In the first part of the thesis there are the theoretical starting points, then the selected company is introduced, the strategic and financial analysis is performed and the financial plan for the years 2018 - 2021 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant is processed. Finally, an evaluation of both variants of this financial plan is made.

The objective of this thesis is to analyze the Wine wellness center in Hustopeče. The work is divided into the several parts. The introductory part describes the theoretical background, followed by analysis of selected subject using PESTLE analysis, Porter's five-factor model, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these analyzes is proposed recommendations and suggestions.
