The Adaptation of the BIO farm object
Kurczová, Silvia ; Vystrčil, Jan (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
My final thesis elaborates on the project documentation of a renovated building, which was before a farm. The building is situated in the cadastral territory of the country Velké Kunětice and will have two above-grounds after the renovation. One section of the building will be topped with an extensive green roof, and the other will be equipped with a gable roof. The building will have a cuboid shape and will serve multiple purposes, including a residential flat for the owner, office space, a repair shop, and an agricultural warehouse. The original construction system is wall structural, which will be saved and filled with new load-bearing structures. The original structure of the ceiling over the first above-ground is made of ceramics board HURDIS, which is supported by steel beams. The new ceiling over the repair shop will be monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is insulated with an ETICS contact insulation system. Vertical structures consist of original autoclaved aerated concrete and ceramics blocks and new structures of sand-lime and aerated concrete blocks. The foundations of the building are made of foundation strips.
Adaptatiton of Primary School in Krasno
Peciarová, Gabriela ; Klimek, Karel (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is concerned with creating constructional and technical research, followed by creating field sketch and delineating the real state of an object of primary school in village Krasno, build in 1933. There is no technical evidence about the construction.Due to the placement of the building and needs of the village there is new purpose of use designed as the building is not used anymore for its initial purpose and it is deteriorating. After the adaption, the object will be used for followed purposes: free time center, surgery and gym. In order to improve heat economy, there is designed insulation with contact insulating system ETICS, existing wooden windows will be exchanged by plastic windows as well as existing roof covering will be replaced by new one. Hygienic background is not meeting criteria and therefore it is suggested to break it down.New hygienic background is designed to meet all the criteria, material and disposition ones.
Kindergarten Adaptation to Contemporary Living
Peciarová, Gabriela ; Juračková, Edita (referee) ; Králová, Zuzana (advisor)
This theses is regarding a proposal of adaptation and extension of an object of an infant school in Pravenec. The object was built in 1963 and it was originally built to serve as a local infant school and creche. It served its original purpose until year 2000 and afterwards was used as a workshop of a textile factory. Since 2010 this object has not been utilised. Adaptation of object includes the alternation of its purpose. Object will be partially re-built and modified in order to be able to serve as a domestic building. There should be three separate housing units created, each with its own entrance. On first level there will be two individual accommodation units. On second level there will be a single apartment designed with an entrance through staircase. Adaptation also includes an overall isolation of the building, exchange of aperture blockage and a new flat roof as current condition of the object does not meet the quality standards.
Impact of Environment Acoustics on Speech Recognition Accuracy
Paliesek, Jakub ; Karafiát, Martin (referee) ; Szőke, Igor (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with impact of room acoustics on automatic speech recognition (ASR) accuracy. Experiments were evaluated on speech corpus LibriSpeech and database of impulse responses and noise called ReverbDB. Used ASRs were based on Mini LibriSpeech recipe for Kaldi. First it was examined how well can ASR learn to transcribe in selected environments by using the same acoustic conditions during training and testing. Next, experiments were carried out with modifications of ASR architecture in order to achieve better robustness against new conditions by using methods for adapation to room acoustics - r-vectors and i-vectors. It was shown that recently proposed method of r-vectors is beneficial even when using real impulse responses for data augmentation.

Analysis of the interconnection between adaptation measures and disaster risk reduction in the context of environmental security
Sebőková, Angelika ; Vačkářová, Davina Elena (advisor) ; Pondělíček, Michael (referee)
The main objective of this thesis is to present a detailed analysis of the currently achieved level of common interconnection between adaptation measures to climate change and disaster risk reduction approach in selected documents. The analysis was based on a group of predetermined keywords. The theoretical basis for this research is the concept o environmental security. According to the selected theoretical concepts the thesis identifies current obstacles of the synergy of both types of measures, and offers suggestions and solutions to overcome them. Results of the analysis showed an insufficient level of interconnection between measures, especially in the internationally binding agreements. They define only the widest context of their implementation and, moreover, do not work with the aspect of building and sustaining environmental security at all. Nationally binding documents on the contrary show a detailed mutual interconnection of the both types of measures. They are sector-oriented and complement each other in the terms of more effective implementation of measures. They are as well the only documents referring directly to the need of building environmental security, as one of the basic preconditions for maintaining the overall security of natural and socioeconomic systems. Strength training and influencing factors
Farkaš, Boris ; Bunc, Václav (advisor) ; Semerád, Miroslav (referee)
STRENGHT TRAINING AND INFLUENCING FACTORS Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to form, apply and find the influence of created workout regarding body composition changes. Methods: In this work we used bioimpedance analysis, antropomotorical measurements of muscle mass and diagnostics of previous physical experience. Results: Considering the following measurement we found out significant changes in fat mass and muscle mass ratio as well as increase of muscle mass in upper extremities. Keyowords: muscle strenght, adaptation, muscle hypertrophy, fat loss, dietary supplements, training programme
