Renewal Spa Zabrdovice

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to develop an architectural study expanding the historical areal of the urban spa in Brno-Zábrdovice with new building of indoor swimming pool. The assigned building site is located on the Zábrdovická street in close neighborhood to the functionalist object of the winter spa. The projected building responds to this object with simplicity of composition and shape solution. The whole building is consisted of two compositional forms. The first is glazed cylinder, which is used as the entrance hall and the main communication space. To this part is connected the rest of the two-storey building. In this part is a hall with a swimming pool and changing rooms. On the second floor is restaurant with the space for organization of exhibitions. This reinforced concrete section has white facade, which emphasizes the purity and simplicity of the whole building. The building has a fully basement and there are a necessary technologies for water and air regulation.

This bachelor´s thesis focuses on the development of documentaion of documentaion of a low energy family house in Jemnice. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standarts. The family house is located on plot number 1152/6 in Jemnice area. The house has two floors. Dimensions of the house are 9,85x12,65m. The roof of the building is designed pitched roof. The house is performed from the system Porotherm. The basic construction are of plain concrete and the base concrete slab. The enclosed essay deals with pitched roofs.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation low-energy family house in Třebíč town. The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The family house is situated on a plot of 375/40 in the cadastral Týn u Třebíče. The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.

The designed house is placed on the sites numbered 121 in village Dolní Benešov-Zábřeh. This is a new building with basement with two floors. The house has an regular floor plan, is built from the system POROTHERM and is covered with a gable roof.

The basis construction are of plain concrete C16/20 and the base concrete slab is reinforced by Kari 100/100/6. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of floor.

This bachelor thesis deals with building a detached house with establishment made of a building wall panel system Supertherm. The house will be located in a town of Zastávka in Brno-venkov district. It is designed as a three-storey house including a partial underground storey. The house is based on unreinforced concrete strip foundations. Regarding the constructions, the building is a combination of concrete blocks in a basement and ceramic blocks in the first and second storeys. Ceilings of the house are designed as monolithic – cross reinforced concrete slabs. A supporting structure of a stairway is made of reinforced concrete. A double-face pent roof and a terrace in the second storey complete the house. An upper part of the house consists of wooden cladding.

House is based on the footings of plain concrete C16/20. The base is reinforced concrete slab KARI network 150x150x6. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The staircase is concrete. The roof is gabled with ceramic clay tiles. The roof above the garage is flat with a coating covering.

The subject of the bachelor work is a new building of family house in the village called Pozďatín on the land parcel number 155 in the district of Třebíč. The family house is situated on a gentle sloping ground. The family house is projected as a two-floor building. Under the object there is partly made a cellar. The size of ground plan are 13,5 m x 10,25 m. The top of the family house is located in 7,75 m height above the first floor. The house is constructed on a concrete foundations. From the point of view of construction the house is combination of concrete blocks in the basement and ceramic blocks in the first floor. Ceiling are projected from the system called Porotherm. A stairway is a contruction of three-legs and a material of the stairway are iron and concrete with wooden step stairs. A gabled roof is consisted of wooden roof frame and the roof is composed of burnt roof covering.

The object of the dissertation is a family house with a construction office, standalone, without cellaring, it is the two-floor family house and the single-storey construction office. A construction system is the wall one. The objects are based on strip footings, carrying walls are made from ceramic bricks, ceilings are from ceramic beams and blocks, there is a ferroconcrete stair, a roof is flat.
