Application of Conductive Inks and Low Temperature Sintered Pastes in PCB Production
Kolek, Andrej ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
The present masters's thesis informs about the development and application of low-temperature sintering pastes in the manufacture and assembly of PCB components of the enclosing lead-free using nanoparticles of metals and their compounds. Lead-free brazing technology which s using in the present time, which has its drawbacks, however, and thus gaining other appropriate alternatives that seek to replace or further refined lead brazing. The introduction of the theoretical part inform about retrieval method of the type, composition and properties of low-temperature sintering pastes consisting of metal nanoparticles and their compounds. This section describes and explains the reaction mechanisms taking place during the sintering process. The end of the first chapter is dedicated to nanotechnology and production of nanoparticles and their compounds for the needs of the low-temperature sintering and possible related problems. Folowing section is devoted to examples of practitioners of the application and use of low-temperature sintering pastes and tests with which to assess the characteristics and quality of the related sintering conection. At the end of the thesis is a summary perspective and the use of low-temperature sintering technology nanoparticle past into the future. The experimental part is devoted to the application of conductive ink on the base of graphite for the production of 1V, 2V and 4V structures and their electroplated by the copper. There were created technological processes of 2V and 4V structures and test proposed methodologies resistance conductive theme to environmental influences. Filling pasta was tested in implementing 4V structure. There were made microsections various technological applications and their results were processed and evaluated.
Property record based on RFID technology
Černý, Jakub ; Dydowicz,, Petr (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor work focuses on the study of the modern technology of RFID tags and its application at Faculty of Business and Management in Brno. The main subject of this work is to use this technology as a replacement of barcode technology with the intention of raising processing speed, effectiveness and protection against stealing.
Gas sensors based on 1D and 2D materials
Brodský, Jan ; Glowacki, Eric Daniel (referee) ; Gablech, Imrich (advisor)
In this work, general properties of fundamental gas sensors are described. Thesis is mainly focused on chemoresistive and ChemFET types, which are further used in experimental part. Subsequently, properties, preparation and transfer methods of chosen 1D and 2D materials are described. Experimental part of this work describes design and fabrication of chips, which combine the sensing principals mentioned above for utilization of 1D and 2D materials as an active layer. Transfer methods of individual materials on fabricated chips are described and these materials are characterized by Raman spectroscopy and field effect transistor characteristics measurements. Finally, the response of chosen materials to oxidative and reductive gases is measured.
System of Identification Solder Joint Failures
Vejmola, Tomáš ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Šandera, Josef (advisor)
This paper describes the draft and implementation of a system for identifying failures on the soldered joints from already existing system, which is, however, limited by dependence of the operating system of the human factor. The innovated system provides us an automatic testing of soldered joints using a computer, with subsequent processing of data electronically using the corresponding software. The first part is devoted to the theory of the formation of flaws on the soldered joints and to the familiarization with uninnovated system. Subsequently, work continues with the practical part, which introduces us the procedure and implementation of the innovated system for identifying failures on the soldered joints. The final part of this paper is an evaluation of the results and fulfilment of work requirements.
Wireless sound transfer
Jeřábek, Vojtěch ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
The thesis deals mainly with the possibilities of using the module nRF24L01+ for the wireless sound transfer, with as low latency, good reliability and sound quality as possible. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the device and its internal structure for wireless sound transfer, even in the case of transferring multichannel sound. The thesis also describes the sound digitalization process and its requirements for the final quality. The second part of this thesis is focused on the description of the wireless module nRF24L01+, including analyzing its internal structure and the way it works. A comparison to other wireless modules that are available on the market, including its advantages and disadvantages, is also provided. The third part of the thesis is devoted to the design of the described system for an electric guitar.
Optimization of fabrication technology for ceramics packages
Pavlas, Ondřej ; Szendiuch, Ivan (referee) ; Skácel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor thesis „Optimalization of fabrication technology for ceramics packals“ tackles the issues of ceramic packaging technology for microelectronics applications. This thesis deals with experimental production of ceramic packages from milling to sintering and the dispense printing with a straight capillary a tan angle 45°
Software for cameras configuration design of the panoramic system
Jílek, Michal ; Grenar, David (referee) ; Kříž, Petr (advisor)
This work deals with software design in C ++ language and with graphical output using OpenGL for scanning tribune lenses of cameras with different parameters so that the user lens configurations are known beforehand in order to create panoramic coverage of the stadium stadium. The principle of image capture, lens parameters, and formulas for calculating their appropriate layout on the stadium to collect a panoramic image together is discussed. These are: focal length, viewing angles, coverage calculations, image resolution. Furthermore, a draft program implementing the issue.
HMI application in S88 standard for cleaning station in food industry
Adamec, David ; Slezák, Petr (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The main theme of this thesis is creating HMI applications for a program written in standard S88 with trying of function control system. The introductory section is devoted to the standard S88 with introduction of the main concepts and description of design control system. Other parts are devoted to the description of the CIP station, a program description and requirements for HMI and introduction of HMI performance. The last part deals with the testing functions of the control system in simulation.
Modernization of the small press model
Prosecký, Jan ; Stibor, Karel (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the safety of pneumatic presses and the assessment of risks associated with the operation of this machinery. The theoretical part of the thesis describes a model of a small pneumatic press with its electrical and mechanical components. The task of the thesis was the reconstruction of a small pneumatic press, consisting in the replacement of the original PLC and its necessary components with a more modern model PLC 1769-L33ERMS from Allen-Bradley. The work also includes a risk assessment of the machinery according to EN ISO 12100. According to the risk assessment, the necessary safety modifications were proposed. The proposed safety modifications were later applied and verified. The thesis also deals with the development of the safety PLC program and also the development of the visualization. Finally, the technical documentation with a draft Declaration of Conformity is developed.
